The hotel is in a good, quiet location that's great for walking. The staff are also very friendly. However, the towels are much older. The floors are also old and noisy.

Our stay was great! The room service was good, the room and bathroom were very clean! The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. If you can stay in Providencia, I would say it would be better, but the hotel is in a good location if you like to walk to explore the city center and have no problem taking an Uber to places further away. In short, everything was wonderful! Oh! They prepare your breakfast ready to go, in case you are going on tours that start very early in the morning.

I stayed for a business trip! It is a great location for walking to Koreatown and Santiago's major tourist attractions (cathedral, etc.), and is also a great location for traveling by car via Uber! There is a park right in front of the accommodation, so you can see the park scenery and performances in the park through the window of the accommodation or by walking in front of the accommodation! The room is spacious and clean. Due to the nature of the bouquet-style accommodation, the shower booth, air conditioner, and radiator may show signs of age. However, it is not inconvenient and has all the facilities and items a hotel needs! Therefore, we recommend this accommodation not only for business trips but also for travel!

The hotel has a strategic location, right next to the subway entrance. The hotel is very unique and the hotel service is excellent!
