Hotel is in a good location. Everything is clean. Would recommend others to come again. Nice view from the hotel.

Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

Wonderful little hotel. Great bar and pool area. No need to go out at night at all. The hotel was so professional that they contacted us about belongings we left behind and was kind enough to send it with friends.

Even as a platinum acor member, I expected a little but more early check inn.

The hotel is good, clean warm welcome and supportive from staffs. The location is on the main road, have some small restaurants and street foods. Night market around the hotel location which is easy for visitor to buy some necessary materials such as, phone card, currency exchange and other souvenir. The room is clean

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of the main attractions. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant, they serve breakfast there, but we did not take it. The hotel has a small pool and a bar, as well as a gym. The room is not clean everywhere, for example, dust in the nightstand. The bed is clean, the towel too. The staff is friendly and polite, there is security at the hotel. We were satisfied with the hotel.

Very good, the hotel restaurant has a rich breakfast. The room is relatively quiet and the Wi-Fi is good.

Facilities: The room is clean, the 2nd floor is the restaurant, the 5th floor is the gym and swimming pool, and the 6th floor and above are the guest rooms. The room is relatively spacious for the same price. The breakfast is OK, which is above average for hotels of the same grade.

The hotel is in a great location, there is a McDonald's downstairs and a supermarket nearby. After returning from Easter Island, I chose to stay here again. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience😊
