Sehr gute Kommunikation und Vorinformation im Vorfeld in sehr gutem Englisch. Auch vor Ort sehr freundlicher Empfang mit umfassender Information und vielen wertvollen Tipps zu Santander. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage, das Stadtzentrum kann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Betten groß und bequem. Zimmerausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Möglichkeiten fürs Frühstück (nicht inbegriffen) sowie andere Mahlzeiten mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Wort zur Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt in einem stark erhöhten Stadtteil von Santander. Es gibt aber extra nach oben führende Laufbänder, die einem den Zugang zur Unterkunft zu Fuß und mit Gepäck einfach machen. Darüber wird auch im Vorfeld informiert, ebenso wie über ein Parkhaus für den Mietwagen in der Nähe. Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft sind ein Glücksfall auf den man sich nicht verlassen sollte. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Oskar, es war perfekt, wir kommen wieder!

This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am.

Friends stay in Santander
Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks!

Muito bem localizado, o hotel é uma boa escolha para Santander. Apesar de não oferecer café da manhã e estacionamento, ambas as necessidades era supridas a uma curta distância a pé. Fomos recebidos muito bem e com explicações e sugestões sobre a cidade. Recomendo para uma passagem por Santander e arredores.
