Absolutely amazing accomodation right in the old town, very clean, friendly staff. Just like in paradise.

Improvement needed
The courtyard is lovely. Room is OK. Reception was friendly. Unfortunately they could not manage to get breakfast ready, even by 8.15 in the morning., which meant I had to skip it to make my flight. Disappointing.

Mahmut bey ilk tanışmadan itibaren otelden ayrılana kadar güler yüzü hiç eksilmedi şehir içinde nerelere gezi yapabileceğimiz ve nasıl gideceğimiz hususunda çok yardımcı oldu. Herşey çok güzeldi herkes çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü kahvaltı yeterliydi otel tam merkezde ulaşım rahattı.

Located close to the attractions and city center of Urfa, it's an ideal base for exploration. Don’t miss the chance to try Menengiç coffee (Turkish pistachio coffee) at Gümrük Hanı, in just a few minutes’ walk!

For me, the best hotel in Urfa (I used 3, including the El Ruha). It could be improved but the niggles are dwarfed by the beautiful, peaceful location and the helpful staff. The room was a little tired but had all you need. The wifi was rather slow. What really makes it is the tranquility and welcome in the courtyard.

Abbiamo soggiornato x 2 notti:la location e' nel complesso interessante si trova all'interno della città vecchia e non si può accedere con l'automobile cio' non era rilevato nella prenotazione. Le stanze si presentano decadenti e non pulite così come la colazione piuttosto scarsa. Forse... con un po' di restayling sarebbe un ottimo posto.

This is an oasis in old Urfa crowned by family service and a beautiful Islamic mansion converted to hotel is magic and humble experience. Murad and Frat made our life easier from walking us to his favorite place to eat to taxi coordinations. The authentic Turkish breakfast was plentiful.
