"The hotel's location is very nice, in a central spot. The cleanliness is good. However, the welcome and staff attitude were terrible. Despite having an early check-in advantage, when we arrived after 12, we were told the hotel was full and we would have to wait until check-in time. This is normal, of course, but the approach was dismissive. When we went to our room, we found it was scorching hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. We called reception, but no one came. A few hours later, we had to go out, and even though we specifically asked reception to check the room temperature before going downstairs, when we returned to the hotel that night, absolutely no one from the technical department or staff had dealt with it. And in that heat, we called again, and the person who came said nothing could be done and left. They told us to open the windows (which were already open since we arrived) and even leave the doors open for a while. Yes, in a 5-star hotel, the advice given for a hot and malfunctioning air conditioner is to leave the doors open. Breakfast saved the day somewhat, but I will never choose Nevali again."

"The location is very convenient, but if you arrive by car, you won't be able to get there—it's in a pedestrian area, so keep that in mind. However, you can leave your car nearby in the secure parking lot. I'd especially like to mention the design of the rooms and the style of the entire hotel—it truly feels like a boutique. Breakfast is a bit late but very varied. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality!"

"The picture of the room represents the room well. It's pretty small but has all basic necessities and stated amenities. We tried to reach out to the hotel to inform about my past-midnight check-in but they didn't answer. Luckily, their 24/7 front desk is actually 24/7. Having said that, the staff didn't speak English, so we had to use a translator. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Having a coffee machine would be a great addition."
