On the day of my checked-out, the available lift was ONLY ONE in operation. The rest of the lift was not in operation and the waiting time for the lift was not reasonable especially those with luggage with them. Building were old compared to others. Staff was not as friendly as what I expected especially at the concierge and the checked out counter. 

Not many shops nor restaurants inside. The room is highly rated. The service of welcome drinks can be improved, not feeling good to fall in the line to get a free drink.

The location is very convenient, there are many places to eat, drink and have fun around, and the subway is also very convenient
