必須説，房間以及設施還是不錯的，位置也還好。不過，因為一件事兒覺得這家酒店還是比較“坑”。此前通過攜程預訂10月16日至18日的房間，當時顯示除房費外，抵達時還需額外付款294元人民幣（摺合41美元）。但在酒店發送的收據中，實際收取了每晚49.2美元的費用。我認為這屬於酒店未明確告知並濫用收費權的情況。更“坑”的是，16日晚上我兒子入住時，他在酒店餐廳用餐，酒店僅告知他每天可免費消費35美元，但並未明確説明不可累積使用，這導致他誤以為兩天共70美元可一次性使用，結果又掏了冤枉錢。
我昨天給酒店郵箱和希爾頓receipt 郵箱寫了郵件，一直沒回。今天下午跟攜程反映了一下，結果一個小時就退了補償款，必須贊下攜程！以後行程安排還是要用攜程，靠譜、專業、效率高！

Room was spacious, very clean though it looked outdated. Staff were friendly. But the curtain was too thin, outside light came into the room. I got a great deal with Trip.com, low room rate, no resort fee for my room type, maybe due to off peak season.

The hotel does not provide complimentary water in the room, so you will need to ask for it at the reception if you wish to receive it in the room. You can later refill the water at any water machine located in the hotel.

Located next to Powell street cable station, perfect if you want to go explore San Francisco. The hotel is also on the edge of tenderloin district. As long as you don’t want to that district on your own at night, it’s perfectly fine. Would live here again if the price was right.
You get 18 usd credit if you are gold member, but I booked through the trip.come website, so i didn’t get the credit. But the credit won’t get you far because of the inflated price in the restaurant.
