The hotel is situated in a location that lacks convenient access to public transportation. While there is a nearby train station, it appears to cater primarily to intercity routes and lacks on-site personnel to assist with passenger enquiries, making it rather unfriendly for travellers unfamiliar with the system. The nearest metro station offering regular services to the city is approximately a 6–8 minute drive away. Service at the on-site restaurant was also disappointing, particularly due to the unwelcoming attitude of the manager. Fortunately, food delivery options such as Deliveroo were available to compensate for the dining experience. The room itself was spacious, though it featured an unusually small television. Its overall decor and amenities felt dated and would benefit from a technology refresh. Most concerning, however, was the air-conditioning system. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite a technician being called in by the front desk. The technician’s only solution was to open the windows to let in outside air—an impractical suggestion during the summer heat. He further explained that the air-conditioning system was under strain because the hotel was fully occupied and many guests had their units running, which evidently exceeded the system’s capacity. This explanation, while honest, highlighted a serious inadequacy in the hotel's infrastructure.

Very clean room and bathroom. A big bed to easily get sleep. Room was a bit small but ok. Very close to subway station and a supermarket, very convenient! Reception was crowded but nice people. I had huge fun!! Thank you!

The hotel room is decorated in the 1990s, the shower water flow is very small, check-in must be after 3 pm, it was raining heavily on the day we went there, we were soaked, and we arrived at the front desk at around 2 pm and were told to wait until 3 pm, which is basically a fixed pattern, it can't be compared with the Crown Hotel in China

Generally, proportional to the price, breakfast OK, normal choices, not too much, more healthy food, the room is not too soundproof, the door can hear people coming in and out, the location is okay
