"It turned out that the order was booked for one night less and could not be refunded. However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary."

"The room has a microwave and refrigerator. There is a laundry and drying service on the first floor for $4 each. 15 minutes out to the large supermarket, 10 minutes by bus, to the ausa station, buy a card to the terminal and transfer to the tram to downtown for free. Although the location is remote, the hotel is good overall, clean and hygienic, and there are some breakfasts."
