"cleanliness: cleanliness is below average. toilet is moldy. it is recommended for u to bring your own toilet slipper. bedsheet and pillowcase is yellowish. however i guess this is the best u can get in kota bahru. dont compare to the standard of cleanliness with hotels in KL location: need to take grab for RM11 to pasar khadijah/ city centre. the hotel is located next to mydin tunjong, walking distance staffs: front desk Mr Akram was pleasant and welcoming. concierge Mr Fahmin was very helpful. wifi: wifi was average speed and easily disconnected aircond: aircond is ok and cold, it is great floor: i like that the floor in the room is fully wooden, no carpet. it is clean"
