"This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. You can get everywhere by bus, and Google Maps shows all the routes and times. There are plenty of places to walk around, and you can even walk to the beach. However, if you're looking for a beach vacation, this isn't the spot; the beach is more for strolls. Let me tell you, if you want good service, go to Hilton. I've stayed with this chain many times in different countries, and their standards are truly excellent."

"We stayed here as a family in August 2026. The resort is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The valet team and kids’ play area staff were particularly helpful. A special mention to Shyam, who was genuinely kind, professional and went above and beyond to make our stay better. However, for an Anantara property, we expected more. Many recreational activities were chargeable, there was no dedicated kids’ pool, and the splash area was unavailable during our stay. Food quality was inconsistent, and we also had an unnecessarily difficult experience requesting a second dental kit. Overall, a beautiful property with some excellent staff, but the facilities, service consistency and value did not fully meet our expectations of the Anantara brand."

"Wonderful hotel! Beautiful grounds, a clean pool, and always plenty of sun loungers. There's a shuttle to the beach, a 7-minute ride or about a 45-50-minute walk. The room was beautiful and cozy, with everything you need, including an iron and hairdryer. If you're traveling from Russia, bring an adapter for your chargers, as their outlets don't support our plug type. I'd be happy to come back."

It has a rooftop terrasse with nice furniture and a small pool with fantastic view. Ideal location for sunrise and relaxing. Location is very convenient: busy road with plenty of restaurants and other amenities, opposite of the famous garden mall."

"The location is perfect. Center. Convenient logistics, whether to the airport, to the mountains, or to other popular places. If you need public transport, there are stops on the 20th and 21st nearby, if you need a car, there are plenty of rental shops nearby, the central market is 100 meters away, the Sultan Qaboos Mosque is 300 meters away, the beach is 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. I arrived around 11 am, instead of 1:30 pm, and they checked in without any problems. At first they gave me a room without a safe, I asked for one with a safe, they gave me another room, the engineer patiently taught me how to use it. The room is really big, I was tired of walking from the bed to the bathroom. Everything works - refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, there is a power outlet of our type, which is important, and next to the bed, and not in the bathroom, as is usually the case in Arab countries. The bed was comfortable, there was always hot water, the bathroom had a rain shower head and a fan, it made things dry much faster. Keep in mind that in order for the maid to clean the room, you need to leave a reminder on the door handle. Bottled water was provided upon request. The breakfasts are delicious, every day there is a new hot dish: liver, pasta, Indian-style lentils, in addition to what has always been sausages, country-style potatoes, etc... Ask the chef to cook fresh scrambled eggs - it's a little show. There were always watermelons, melons, apples, bananas, as well as vegetables - tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, carrot sticks - incredibly tasty. The pool on the roof is small, but I always swam in it alone, so it was enough for me. The main thing that few people can compare with this hotel is the view from the window! The view from the window is just like a million dollars. Panoramic glazing across the entire wall is a huge advantage, the photo confirms this. It seems that you are floating in the air and cars are passing right under you, it’s a blast! Overall, I was more than satisfied with my five-day stay and grateful to all the hotel staff. Yes, I would like to recommend to all travelers the good exchanger Mustafa Sultan, on the corner of 23rd July Street, opposite the Sultan Qaboos Mosque (attaching a photo). They have a good exchange rate and no fees. In other exchangers, they will either charge you a commission, for example, at the airport the commission is 2 rials, or they will write the exchange rate on the board, for example, 0.38 per dollar, and end up exchanging it for 0.33, as they did for me in the LULU Exchange exchanger. So I know what I recommend)"

"If it weren't for the cheap New Year's holiday, I wouldn't have liked it, but otherwise, it's okay. The room is nice. The food is very good; I must have gained weight. The January weather is a bit of a bummer, both hot and cold at the same time. It's hot and burns in the sun, but cold in the shade by the pool and on the beach because of the wind. Changing out of wet swimsuits and trunks helps a bit. The Indian cleaning staff never refilled the room with tea, coffee, cream, or shampoo. They fished them out of neighboring rooms and demanded them, and then they gave them to me. I didn't like Oman at all. While you hardly see any citizens in the UAE, here you see both citizens and visitors. The citizens seemed stupid and lazy to me. Yes, they're rich from oil, but stupid. The New Year's Gala Dinner was terribly organized. They could have installed a solar collector for the pool and heated it for free; fortunately, the sun is very hot. There's a Nesto supermarket nearby; you can cross the road or go through a tunnel under the road. We bought some clothes for the grandchildren. They weren't expensive. The Union Pay RSHB card works. A trip to the mall from Fan Sun was $40. Other worthless excursions are much more expensive. We didn't go. About the departure. Our flight left at 11:55 PM. We were checked out of the room at 4:00 PM, but we went to lunch and dinner. Some smart people went to reception and asked about checkout and dinner. They were checked out at 6:00 PM, but they weren't allowed to go to dinner, so they didn't. Considering we were flying Oman, where the food is almost nonexistent, it's better to lie by the pool and have dinner. We definitely won't go back to Oman, and we definitely won't fly Oman Air again."
