Excellent location near the American memorial park, micro beach and the bulk of the good restaurants, cafes and car rental places. Very good value compared to the other options. Basic room, but comfy bed, hot shower and free hot and cold drinking water. Had a lovely week staying here in Saipan.

As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe.

Pros The female staff was really helpful and kind. Cons There is a condo in front of the guest house and some residents play music with a huge speaker at midnight.

I stayed here to rest before leaving the country. I stayed there on the first day too, but they moved me to a better room. When I asked for the missing amenities, they prepared them right away, and when I said I wanted to hang my laundry, they told me the right place to hang it. And the two cats that live in front of the door were cute😆

The price is not expensive. It is in the city center and close to the beach. The boss is Chinese and it is easy to communicate. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient. Amway Amway

The boss is Chinese and took great care of us. We stayed at her house for three days. The location is very good, in the middle of Saipan, 6 kilometers away from the airport. The boss's house has a beautiful garden. It is within walking distance to duty-free shops and nearby restaurants. I hope I have the chance to stay at the boss’s house next time. I also wish the boss a prosperous business. Saipan is really beautiful, paradise is nothing more than this.

The power strip inside can be directly plugged into the device. There is no need to bring a converter from China. The boss and his family are very kind.
