Ill keep it short and sweet. For the nicest hotel in st thomas , safe, clean. This is the one. However...Staying at Ritz Carlton all the time this one lacks the service. Not all but most of the employees seem miserable. Dont want to work. Its like begging to help or if your looking for a beach chair with towels in your hand like me, they just stare at you until i pulled a $20 bill out of my pocket. Everything here is very expensive...Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is about 200$ minimum. Lunch $300...didnt bother to even try since its so pricey. If you leave the hotel to go 4 miles will cost you 80$ round trip for 4. So yeah if you want to spend 10K minimum for 5 days this is your place. Again, wasnt horrible like some of the reviews but i dont think there is much better in st thomas.

This felt more like a standard Marriott with a nice pool than a Ritz-Carlton — housekeeping and poolside service were great, but the rest of the resort was underwhelming, and restaurant service was inconsistent. If this were a Marriott or Westin, I’d give it 3.5 to 4 stars, but for a Ritz, it doesn’t meet the brand standard. Oh, and the Marriott app clearly showed lounge access with our “club room” upgrade — on arrival, we were told the app was wrong, which makes no sense and is exactly the kind of avoidable mismatch that erodes trust.

Just returned from the timeshare section and I have no complaints. I enjoyed the daily cookies very much. The nightly nightcap was also a great touch. The workers were very busy raking up the daily seaweed. Christian was very nice and took all our food and luggage up to our room (which was very nice). I will definitely return

Fellas, this was the real deal. From the second I pulled up, it was class. I’m talkin’ the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re still in charge — even in swim trunks. Staff treated me with respect, not like some tourist in a fanny pack. They knew the name. Mister Lindhagen this, Mister Lindhagen that — as it should be. The suite? Ocean view, baby. I opened those curtains like Tony lookin’ over Jersey. The air smelled like money and sea salt. We’re talkin’ marble floors, linens softer than my cousin Frankie’s handshake, and a balcony where I sipped espresso like I was in Napoli — except I wasn’t, I was somewhere even hotter. Food? Bellissimo. Drinks? Flowin’. Wifey got the full spa treatment, and me? I sat under the sun like a Don in exile — but the good kind. The respectful kind.
