Bluebeard's Castle Resort ★★★
Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Autograph Collection ★★★★
"This booking is a total rip-off from the beginning to end. 1.Make sure you have free cancelation because you will surely use it. 2. Just know that there are extensive hidden fees including paying for paddle boarding, scuba diving, etc whether you use them or not all guest are required to pay at the end amongst other things. 3.Customer Service was horrific from beginning to end starting with long check in wait times without any acknowledgement also don't expect them to initially fill you in on the astronomical fees that they tack on in the end. Also, upon finding out they placed me on a ground level floor facing all the foot traffic opposite of any ocean or scenic views, I was promised a room change the following day which never happened for the duration of my stay. 4. Room service surprisingly came to my room at 8pm inquiring about service which was bizarre. 5.Food is insanely expensive including room servic delivery. I paid almost $50 for a small sized pizza at the low end restaurant.Free Breakfast which was listed upon booking as well as on my receipt was anything but free so be where. They told me upon checkout it is only $80 but there is nowhere stating that information. One hostess at Salt shack told me it would would be a 20minute wait for breakfast or I can try a buffet upstairs but after walking in the hotsun upstairs there was no buffet or restaurant and so the 20 minute wait continued. 6.Overall hiddeen fees were were astronomical. This is a 2star rating at best.i hate that I chose this place for my stay it was a total rip off!"
Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas ★★
"Very nice, good location for Carnival."
The Mafolie Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is in a great location, halfway up the mountain, with a wide view and beautiful views of the bay; we booked the bangalow, which has a large room but relatively few bathrooms."
The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★
"Check-in Delays: Upon arrival, we were met with a very slow check-in process that resulted in a 30-minute wait, which was an exhausting start to our vacation. Failed Special Request: We had specifically coordinated with a staff member named Jaaziel to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter. Despite providing all necessary details including flavor and timing and two days later, we discovered that the order had never been placed with the bakery. No Follow-up: At 4:00 PM, we were told the staff would "see what they could do." We waited an hour for an update, only to be told they would call us back by 8:00 PM. That follow-up call never happened, nor did we receive any apology or acknowledgment for the breakdown in communication."
Bunker Hill Hotel ★★★
"Nice place in a good location. Easy to get a taxi"
Bolongo Bay Beach Resort ★★★
"Clean room with basic amenities comfortable and easy access for transportation to wherever you want to go! The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay. Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu. The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat. There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise. A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas."
Island View Guesthouse ★★★
"The Island View Guesthouse is a hidden gem overlooking Charlotte Amelia! The rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed! The food was amazing and eating al fresco overlooking the water was so special! Marshall, Libby and Randall were so welcoming and gave us such great service!"
Galleon House Hotel ★★★
"A little old and some cockroaces going around - nothing too surprising."

Marriott's Frenchman's Cove
"Beautiful resort. Very comfortable rooms. Breath taking views. The pool/restaurant service is lacking. Only one restaurant to eat at. The menu was limited, over-priced and slow service. Foos was average. Drinks from the bar were good. The snorkeling to either side of the resort was good. Definitely best to rent a car. The resort is a little isolated. Quiet location."
Emerald Beach Resort
"Old facility. Food too expensive and bad. Air conditioner light is really annoying and bright right in front of the beds."
The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas
"This time I stayed in an executive suite. The room was very clean. The sofa bed in the living room was 1.5 meters in size. The bed in the bedroom was very large. There were many tables, coffee tables and sofas in the room. There were balconies in the living room and bedroom, which was very suitable for a family trip. The hotel has a private beach. Although it is not big, it is better to go to the public beach outside. The hotel's own restaurants are okay, but it's best to book in advance. We stayed for four nights and went directly to Aloro Italian Restaurant on the first night and was told that tables would only be available at 9 o'clock. I made a reservation in advance for the next day, but it was only available at 9 o'clock for the next three days. I had to give up this restaurant and ate at several other restaurants. We went on a sunset cruise at the hotel. The scenery was beautiful. After eating the snacks and sandwiches provided on the boat, there was no need for dinner if you have a small appetite."
Lindbergh Bay Hotel
Boundless Bliss Hotel
Little Indigo Apartments
"This was by far the best way to see the Islands. .The cost was upfront with full transparency...the proper was EXACTLY the way it was described and the host Ronita and her family treated me as if I were their own ...I can't imagine staying on the island in a better place . I was provided with a list of SAFE cab drivers and places to go to see actual locals art and entertainment upon checking in . They really made this a stay to remember!! Thank you Ronita to you and your family !"
