Sure Hotel by Best Western Saint-Raphael le Dramont
"The room was very clean but a little small. The bathroom was very nice. Good location. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. We would gladly return."
Les Roches Rouges, a Beaumier Hotel
"Wow, First, one of the great locations. You feel that you are on a boat looking down at the sea. Second the natural sea water pool is fantastic. Third the service and food were great. We truly hope to be able to come back. Although for sure the hotel is "Haute" riviera it is understated and you won't see many folks showing off their brands."
Best Western Plus Hotel la Marina
"Hotel on the port of Santa Lucia and right next to the Saint Raphaël convention center. Walk between 20 and 30 min. to access the city center but entirely doable. Free parking until May 31 all around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, Spar supermarket nearby. Very good superior room with sea and port view. Complete breakfast with good products. Hotel recommended for its calm too."
Hotel du Vieux Port
"The old port hotel is located directly opposite the port center, and it is a short walk from the railway station and bus station. It is also a short walk to the two beaches. The deluxe room is spacious and clean, and the sewer is heavy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows need to be opened to disperse the smell. The bathroom is quite large, but the shower is small, and it is difficult to turn around if you are large. Some daily necessities such as shower caps and slippers are not configured, and Wifi is basically unavailable, which does not match the deluxe room. Staff are friendly and willing to help."
Hotel le 21
"The property is right in the city center and just a few minutes from the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The welcome was warm, courteous, and friendly. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended."
Golf Hôtel de Valescure & Spa Nuxe
"The hotel is a very good location, with a very careful and well-being staff."
Mercure Saint Raphael Centre Plage
"Very good little hotel in the center of the town. Friendly reception staff. Our room was bigger than I expected with good bedding and bathroom amenities. The heating system is set on very warm, but you can easily turn it off and it becomes comfortable to sleep at night. Breakfast is western style and has many different yummy foods to choose from. I was impressed with the variety of teas Palais Des Thés that you can brew yourself. This tea is the best tea in France and world famous!"
Sowell Hotels la Plage
"The hotel is too far from the center, it is not possible to walk every day. Restaurant room too small. Bar no seats when it rains the terrace we abandon it??? . The lunch basket not during times when it rains every day. The staff is very good. the cleaning ladies are very professional and friendly. the waiters were very nice, very accommodating, except for this young French trainee perhaps who was carrying her tray around instead of clearing it. The roadside terrace isn't great but as it was raining it wasn't a problem. As for frozen versus frozen meals?? and the buffet is not spread out enough, you don't have room. We will not return to Sowell St Raphaël. We wouldn't say no to checking out other Sowell hotels."
Hotel Provencal
"The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. I had a wonderful stay!"

La Garriniere
La Villa Mauresque
"Exquisite architecture. Situated next to the beautiful Mediterranean. Creative gardens and grounds. Kind and helpful staff"
Hotel Brise de Mer - Piscine intérieure & extérieure
"We stayed for 1 night in June 2025. Staff very helpful, rooms clean with nice view of sea from balcony. Parking at front of hotel was no problem. We were also permitted to leave our baggage with reception and use the pool facilities before we checked in. Our experience was nothing like the other negative reviews on here, and was very good value for the South of France."
Sowell Family Riviera
"Three-night stay as a couple. Superb, clean, and very comfortable room. We were on an all-inclusive package and enjoyed the buffet. The staff were very pleasant."
Le Touring
"5 stars posted, 3 deserved. Non-existent double glazing, the first two nights without sleeping. We were exhausted and needed to rest. So after the 1st night we anticipated by asking them to accept an early departure free of charge if the second night was like the 1st. This was the case, the marching band until midnight. We wanted to shorten 3 nights, the answer was no. I asked for someone from management to come and see the sound of the brass band under the windows at 11:30 p.m. but obviously no one came. Don't look for the manager, he is non-existent, yet he passed by us. With 10 rooms in all in the hotel I think he knew who we were. You know Mr. Manager, if you had deigned to meet dissatisfied customers things would have been said and not written here. This is a miscalculation on your part. When I explained my noise problem to the receptionist, his response was astonishing: "yes, but Madam, you are booking a hotel in the city center! you had to find out first! “It is well known, in the center of NY or Paris, customers who book in hotels do not sleep!!!! I'm dumb !!!! They are downtown! Ridiculous breakfast (see photo), non-existent sense of service. The only ones who deserve kudos are the ladies who take care of the rooms as well as the young man in the outside bar in the morning (who worked at Costes). The Director would have a lot to learn from this gentleman in terms of dress, customer orientation and professionalism. Don't expect 5 stars, it's not."
Village Pierre & Vacances Cap Esterel
"Shaby apartment with loose door handles and mini-moo bathroom, ridiculously small for four (and meant for 5!) with a ‘bed’ on which it’s impossible to sleep without banging your head. Music from L’ecole du cirque nearby guaranteed until 23:00PM with no apologies: you can book activities with l’Ecole du cirque (making you think there is a kind of partnership between the two, so things like noise level can be negotiated) but when it comes to aforementioned noise level being way too high and going on while you try to sleep: “L’Ecole du cirque is independent and has nothing to do with Pierre et vacances”. What a joke!!!! There is no airco in the rooms either and if you try to sleep on your balcony to get some fresh air, be aware that your neighbours are allowed to speak until any time of the night and of course smoke (cigar included) as they wish! We’re in the 21st century but Pierre et Vacances has not yet integrated the concept of “No Noise after 23:00pm” and a no smoking policy on the balconies while creating smoking areas FAR from where people live and sleep. People and kids shout on the streets when going back to their accommodation at night, some hairs were found on two pillows when we arrived, music and entertainment is a must of the village until 23:00 (too bad if you have a migraine that night!). I was very nostalgic of Pierre et Vacances, which my parents booked to go skiing when I was a child. This experience has cured me of my nostalgia for good. Fortunately, the staff is friendly. That makes me feel a bit better. Ps: Pierre et Vacances please pass on this comment to L’Ecole du Cirque so that next year they may think of starting earlier…. And finish earlier too!!"
L'Esquinade (FH206)
"Perfect and very well positioned"
Nouvel Hotel
"This hotel doesn't even deserve its 2nd star. They absolutely do not follow their customers' wishes, and do not respond to any emails. I had booked a courtyard view room on the ground floor or 1st floor at the beginning of April for June 13th, having problems with one of my knees, I found myself on the 2nd floor overlooking the street (very busy). It stinks of mustiness or mold, the owner tells me it's "the smell of the cold". And when I tell them that they could have warned me beforehand that they didn't have a room on the 1st floor, that I would have been elsewhere, she tells me that "there are only 4 hotels in Saint Raphaël"... obvious dishonesty. She offered me a courtyard view room on the same landing, help, it was a broom closet! I preferred to stay in mine, room 10. The room is awful. The mattress is hard, 2 ultra-soft pillows, no bolster. No trash can at the foot of the desk. A kettle that's just for show, because there's no cup, and no tea or anything else. The bad smell I smelled came from the bathroom pipes, which were very small and not ventilated because there was no window. The shower was right next to the toilet. You have to wait ages to get hot water. No toilet brush. No toilet paper holder. No shelf to store your toiletries, you have to put them on the toilet bowl. I had a terrible night, between the hardness of the mattress and the lack of soundproofing... I quickly ran away early in the morning, preferring to be outside than in this one-eyed hotel. Avoid it, definitely!"
Hôtel de Flore
La Reserve Esterel
"The hotel has been renovated. The décor is modern but not particularly elegant. The reception staff were very pleasant, courteous, and eager to help—special thanks to Joanna. Paid parking is available both in front of the hotel and underground. The hotel is clean, and the food is very tasty. The waitstaff were very polite, though lacking in professional polish; the absence of a manager was noticeable—a pity, as the experience could have been excellent. There is a wonderful pool, and the beach bar is perfect. It is worth noting the behavior of some guests with children; for instance, one guest brought numerous inflatable pool toys out in the evening and left them there until the next day. Naturally, this inconvenienced other guests, yet nothing was done about it."
Hôtel de l'Esterel Pierre & Vacances
"The location on the website is a scam. It’s not beach front and it’s not near the train. They’re lying about the hotel location to charge beachfront prices. The booking is fraud and I was just stuck with all my stuff walking around trying to find the real hotel. The actual location listed on their website is a rock. Finally I met a couple who knew because they had the same experience. The customer service pretended like this had never happened before even though the couple said they also complained because they were stuck in the dark in the middle of nowhere without any service until someone picked them up. Lying to your face while you’re showing them the proof on your own website is insane work. I don’t understand the logic of this. Like, I’m going to find out when I go to the hotel and it’s not there or near the beach or the location listed. Due to this situation, I HIGHLY discourage woman from booking this as you will be dependent on the kindness of strangers and that’s incredibly unsafe because you are very remote and service isn’t good."
