SpringHill Suites St. Paul Downtown

The hotel have a huge room, which is great for those who travel with family. It’s located in city center as well, make it easier to go around. And the hotel has parking space, but we need to pay $20 per night which is a good deal as it’s a private parking space

I have repeatedly stayed at the Springhill Suites, St. Paul, for business trips. I love this hotel. Everything about it was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service. The breakfast was good, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The best part is the staff: always smiling, polite, and ready to help. Heartfelt thanks to Vish (bright early morning smile which sets you right away to a beautiful day), Kristy (who always came out to make sure that if I arrive late at night, I am safe while walking from the car to the lobby to check in), Kimberly and Timmy (who are so kind, helpful and accommodating). And a very important bonus to me: very safe/secured parking. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and really enjoyed it. The staff were very nice, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. There is parking attached to to hotel which was very convenient. The breakfast was ok. We enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

I stayed here just one night and will definitely be back when I return to Minneapolis- St. Paul area. Staff was professional and helpful, the free breakfast is fine, more than ample choices. The hotel seems new and the room layout is extremely nice and modern, comfortable bed and I loved the bathroom layout. Many restaurants- bars within walking distance and this is close to the state capitol. Easy to find and drive to off of 94 interstate. Parking indoors in their hotel is only $25 a day with in and out privileges- very easy to get in and out of garage because you pay for it when checking in and then just use your room key. Elevators go directly to your room floor, which is nice. Very secure hotel also.

Very nice hotel- new and spotless. Excellent breakfast with all the good choices. The kids had fun at the pool with small slide and umbrella fountain. and I enjoyed watching them through the widow while I worked out. Decent price for a 2 Queen suite with pull out sofa. The room was a little tight on space though. I didn't figure in the $25 parking garage fee but Kristy at check-out was gracious to me and removed it since this was our first time staying there. Thank you!!! Good memories were made in a beautiful place!

Springhill is generally one of my favorite brands for limited service hotels, but this was almost a full service experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very new, so everything is immaculate. They take security very seriously, all exterior doors are locked at all times, the elevators are key access too. There is an indoor pool on the first floor, and even a water feature for kids to play with. We needed to do a quick load of wash, and the guest laundry was up to the task in just over an hour to wash and dry ($1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry, free soap at the Front Desk). The rooms are very comfortable, the bed was wonderful, we got a great nights sleep. My son even said the pullout sofa was very comfortable (second only to his bed at home). The Light Rail is just a few blocks away, less than a ten minute walk. There is a bar in the lobby that is open in the evenings. The breakfast options were great, and ample seating was available. For me, this was an absolute gold standard for Springhill Suites.
