"Breakfast is not actually included which was a surprise, if we had known that we would have planned ahead. You were expected to make your own in a small shared kitchen. Overall the house is beautiful, carpets were pretty stained in the room we stayed in. I wasn’t aware that it was a shared not private bathroom until after checking out on booking, upgrading it to a private bathroom was double the cost. It’s was more of an Airbnb than a bed and breakfast. Things like cleaning your own dishes, stripping the bed and taking out your own garbage. Which is fine but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Having parking available was very nice."

"My daughter is studying in Sao Paulo, so I always book this hotel. It's not big, but it's cozy and clean. It has a full set of kitchen utensils and a large refrigerator, and the front desk staff has lovely smiling faces. Oh, and there's coffee and tea all day long, I love it."

"The quality of the hotel is very poor, similar to local motels, and security is very poor. Hello! This hotel is so bad! 1. Security needs to be evaluated. The check-in staff is a window like a bank staff. Only ID cards can be used to enter, and no one has contact with the guests; 2. The room door had been violently damaged and there was no safety door lock; 3. In the non-smoking area room, the smell of smoke in the entire corridor room is very strong, suspected to be the smell of **; 4. The room we were given was 150. If the corridor door was broken, we had to push hard to get in. If we couldn’t get out, we had to ask someone to open it; 5. There is no water in the wash basin; 6. The smoke alarm is broken and will scream every 30 seconds or so; 7. There were cigarette butts everywhere on the sheets and carpet; After we entered the room without touching anything else in the room, we called the staff on duty and asked to check out. See attachment for some responses; Our demands are: 1. Check out in full 2. I searched for accommodation for the whole night and asked for compensation for the car rental and gas expenses from the hotel to and from the city; 3. Compensate losses according to consumer requirements; 4. Reserve the right to further pursue liability; See attachment for details"
