"It promises a lot in the presentation but absolutely all aspects were below expectations. Lack of attention to detail. Everything seems amateurish. Overall it was more of a beach camp feel than a resort. We will not return here nor will we recommend to anyone. The location of the cabins is good but everything is a work in progress, machinery everywhere, building materials. The parking lot, the road and the view from QChalet are sad and desolate. It's roaring wet all the way up to the cabins, I didn't try to drive up. There are 2 cabins at QChalet, I didn't know which one is ours. Then I didn't know where our room was. I went up the stairs but it was on the ground floor. Some info/pointers would be nice. The toilet and brush were dirty even though they had disinfectant tape. There was visible dirt on the floor in the shower. The bathroom door doesn't close. We needed internet, we had to call the reception for the WiFi password. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, the walls are made of wood. The kitchen is glued to room 1, you can hear absolutely everything the others are discussing. There was music in the living room every night until 1am. This was at the QChalet, the restaurant has events on weekends and the hotel is right above. In addition, the smoke detector was discharging and going off every 30 seconds. I had to remove the battery so we could rest. The water in the pool is cloudy, it's hard to breathe in, it's hot and there's a pungent smell of chlorine. The food at the restaurant is mediocre. I got beef schnitzel, it was very oily. We chose to eat elsewhere the next day."

"It was Ramada and it was the best hotel with an excellent restaurant. Step by step this place became awful. Everything wears out, everything gets scratched, everything grows tired. So... Or renovation... Or commercial death. Only one person is on the top level - restaurant administrator."
