Cannot fault a thing. We stayed in room 3107 and our granddaughters in room 105 from 24/5/25 to 31/05/25 n lovely neighbours in 3109 were so kind. The only 2 things are a shame are people let their children run up n down the corridors late at night but that’s down to the parents. I have Coeliac disease n restaurant Staff completely do not know what you’re talking about (despite everything being clearly labelled) so use your common sense n keep safe with what you know but speak with the Chefs instead. I wasn’t offered a separate GF menu but more than plenty of salads etc to choose from. We ate in the Country grill/Tex Mex one night n fabulous n nearly everything GF Fabulous. Will definitely return

Great for families with children. Good selection of food. Excellent pool facilities for all ages. Nice walk into Sa Coma. Only negative was - don’t eat out at the Indian Restaurant they have outside hotel. The meal was awful - ended up with severe bad stomach / sickness etc next morning. Stick with the hotel food. Last thing ; the check in was first class and ladies on desk very very helpful.

Once we arrived, check-in was quick & we were given directions to our room. We knew the place was recently renovated, & that some small issues may arise. We did not expect the response from the front desk (reception), the tall english woman was abrupt & rude, we never had felt so dismissed when giving a compaint. The issues we had were minor, & if dealt with in the correct manner would had made it an “open & shut” case. The air-conditioning did not work. Nobody was sent up to fix it, as we were told all technicians were busy but someone would come at some point (never happened). We had an issue with ants, which again, were told “it’s normal in Mallorca” (I understand nature is nature, but nature was in our beds at this point). The cleaning was very poor, we asked for someone to go over the room as upon arrival we found hairs & a few ants awaiting our arrival. Again, this never happened. We don’t ever do online reviews, however due to the hotels response, not dealing with the complaints in any way more than a “that’s normal” or “it is standard in Mallorca”, we felt obliged to inform others what they may be walking in to.

Written 2nd Jun 2025. Fantastic hotel. It’s been my second year in a row here clean , great facilities and friendly staff. However this is an issue that’s needs to be brought to management’s attention, there is a female working there at the bar named Ericka I think her name is and wears a blue ribbon in her hair, both occasions I went to the bar and she made faces when asking for a drink and made comments to other staff members sneering and I also observed her being rude to a young girl roughly about 8 years old when asking for ice cream at the bar. She is extremely rude and arrogant, we are here to enjoy ourselves after paying good money and it’s not acceptable.

We stayed here for 7 nights in the May half term break. The food options are great, plenty of selection even for the fussy eaters in our family. Pools are lovely, a little bit cold but once you’re in - you get used to it! It’s a super busy hotel, it’s the busiest and biggest we’ve ever stayed at. I couldn’t bare to imagine what it must be like in the summer holidays, it was a struggle most nights to find a table for the evening entertainment and that’s during a half term break! It’s clearly just been renovated, to a lovely standard. A few things were wrong, our air conditioning did not work, and our main bedroom window wasn’t easily lockable - so someone from the outside could easily slide it open. Not great when you’re on the ground floor. Luckily - we found a way to lock it using one of our house keys. We were situated right next to the lifts, so when the evening entertainment finished every night - we had drunk people laughing, shouting and being very loud outside our room. Not great when you’ve just got the kids down to sleep. It’s in a great location, not far from the beach and lots of local “tat” shops to buy the pool inflatables etc. Overall - such a lovely stay. Would’ve given 5* if the few things I mentioned weren’t a problem.

For young families the facilities to keep them entertained are great. You have an indoor pool for rainy days (of which we had many lol), a lovely splash pool, playground, mini golf, little rides and go karts. However this hotel has recently been renovated and there are a few teething problems. The corridors and stairwells to the rooms are not kept very clean at all and look very grubby and dirty. We had a leak from the air conditioning in our room for our entire stay inspite of someone coming to fix it 3 times haha. We constantly had to use one of our bath towels to lay on the floor to prevent an accident. We were given the option to move room but we wanted to stay next door to our family. The cleaners don’t replace used cups or glasses or cutlery in your room. They do the bare minimum. If you need anything replenishing like toilet roll you have to ask and you might get it. The air conditioning in the room isn’t great (but that could be due to our constant leak). The extractor in the bathroom doesn’t seem to work either. On the 3rd night we discovered that only one side of the bedroom window actually locks, you can still just pull open the other pane so was a bit pointless in locking it. We had quite heavy rain on our 2nd day and the 1st floor rooms flooded as well as reception (luckily we were on the ground). Some of the grounds in the ‘new’ bit just look unfinished. I found the food selection ok but my husband disagrees lol but I do believe there’s something for everyone. The entertainment was ok and the staff are polite. Would I stay here again? Most likely not

I don’t like leaving slightly negative reviews and it’s still a fantastic hotel for families/groups but it wasn’t for us, unfortunately we didn’t have the best stay and wouldn’t book here again. We stayed with a large group for a wedding so had a fantastic time with everyone else, if it had just been us two in a couple I would not have enjoyed it. Around the pool was very busy and noisy but it’s a family hotel this was expected and all the kids were having fun. We all managed to sit together each day and the unlimited drinks package was good! Lunch at the pool bar was ok and hot, we ate here most days. Unfortunately our room was awful! It was so hot and the air con didn’t work once, we had to buy handheld fans and use these! It was quite difficult on the day of the wedding to get ready in a red hot bedroom. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom and flooded out into the bedroom 3 days on the run. Maintenance was called on 3 separate occasions and even though they really did try, they couldn’t fix it. They also couldn’t move us as the hotel was full. It was never fixed whilst we were here, in the end we were give loads of extra towels and literally had to try and stop the water using towels! We were never offered anything from either the hotel or TUI for this. The buffet restaurant wasn’t for me and a few of us thought it smelt bad, we chose to eat out of the hotel most evenings. However the themed restaurant on site was very good, I’m so glad we all got booked in here, I would definitely recommend this! (It’s not an a La carte restaurant, it’s a Aisan themed buffet). Excellent hotel for families but like I said it just wasn’t for us, please don’t let this put you off as in our large group others had a great stay! Their rooms were so much better than ours. I think we got a bad room which put me off. Thanks :)
