This was our second time returning to Hipotels Sa Coma, and once again it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent – so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It was lovely to see familiar faces who not only remembered us but also greeted our children like old friends, which made the whole experience feel so personal and special. The facilities are great – everything is kept clean, well maintained, and so easy to access with little ones. The standout for us was definitely the animation team – they were exceptional. Their energy, enthusiasm, and kindness made such a difference to our holiday. Our kids (aged 3 and 5) adored them, and they really helped make each day fun and memorable. The all-inclusive package was very good, with plenty of choice and great quality. For us personally, it became a little repetitive after four days, but with two small children it was such a stress-free and convenient option. Mealtimes were easy, relaxed, and there was always something for everyone. Overall, Hipotels Sa Coma is a brilliant family-friendly hotel where you’re made to feel at home from the moment you arrive. We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed here for a week in the middle of August as a family of four. First time in this hotel and area. Firstly, I did not rate the food at all. The variety was small and same stuff day in, day out. Cockroach in hallway on fourth floor (I have attached a photo). Rooms outdated and defo need some money spent on them. Air-con was pretty much nonexistent. Lifeguards sitting around on their phones barely even glancing at the pool. Kids club did not seem to have too much going on so my kids weren’t interested in going. Positives - drinks were good. Entertainment staff work extremely hard to keep the children entertained day in day out by the pool. Snack bar by pool was decent. Close to the beach. Overall, I think four stars for this hotel is pushing it and we will sadly not be returning.

Best kamers in rechtse blok reserveren. Ter compensatie kregen we 2 drankjes aangeboden. Karaoke bar naast hotel.

We have just returned from 9 days half board at Coma Gran (2 adults and 2 children aged 8 & 13). The hotel has a lively and happy atmosphere and the staff are very hospitable and welcoming. We arrived late at night after dinner service and we very much appreciated the platefuls of lovely food that were waiting for us in our room. The whole hotel is lovely and very clean. The best thing for us was the pool because the water was warm, so we were able to spend a lot of time relaxing and playing in the pool with our daughters. It was always busy in the pool but this did not prevent us from enjoying our time in there. The other major bonus here was that there were always lots and lots of poolside sun loungers available. Our room was well equipped and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good but not the most exciting we have experienced. There are plenty of shops and a larger supermarket in short walking distance and the beach was also a short walk away. The beach is beautiful and the water is shallow for some way out so is lovely for a swim. On departure day we left the hotel early in the morning but we were grateful to be invited to go in the restaurant and have a little breakfast even though it was not open yet. All of the staff that we encountered were brilliant and overall we found the Coma Gran a fabulous place to stay and we had a great holiday!

Just back from a week's stay as a family of 5. Couldn't really fault the hotel, spotless, great location, friendly staff and food was good. Only real gripe was the pool....always fighting for a space due to the amount of large inflatables...On a couple occasions I saw kids get trapped under them as there just isn't enough space.

A really clean hotel, very friendly staff throughout, food is standard 4 star (some really nice dishes and some repetitive foods at times); and table/bar service in the bar area from afternoon and in the evening which is nice. Lovely cocktails! Slushies for the kids too on All inc so they were loving that and would go up and get it themselves. No self serve drinks other than at breakfast (this also means no wasps which you get in the hotels with outdoor self serve). The rooms have everything you need and housekeeping are very good. We had a 1 bedroom apartment so the kids slept in the bedroom and we slept on the sofa beds which were really comfy! ABSOLUTELY NO RUSH for sunbeds in the morning which is lovely! We are late risers so would normally be the last ones out at breakfast and there'd be loads of sunbeds still. If you want front row near the splash park then they go early...but otherwise there's loads to choose from. Air con is really good in the bedrooms and in public areas. Wifi was good too. The pool, splash pad, splash park and playground are all close together so great for kids and reassuring for parents. Kids club is good if your kids are confident enough to go and stay with the staff - you can stay in with them if needed. They do colouring/painting, pirate day, movie night, mini disco in the pool one day, inflatables on one day, face painting one afternoon. The more experienced kids club staff are notable in how they encourage the kids to come in and make them feel special. Evening entertainment...kids disco was fun for those kids who like a disco...then sometimes there was a show. But it all quietens off at 10pmish. However there are bars on the road outside that seemed to go on much later if you wanted that. Found Rodrigo and David on reception to be really helpful. Diana in the restaurant was really lovely! And all the outdoor bar staff were really friendly - even at the end of a long shift they were still really friendly and positive. Maria in kids club was brilliant. She's very bubbly and encouraging to the children. The hotel is right near Sa Coma beach which is beautiful but very busy. If you walk up towards S'illot there's nice walk on the front and some lovely restaurants (and bungee trampolines nearby for the kids to have a go on too). Also a short drive away from the lovely Cala Bona and gorgeous Porto Cristo. We went on the Moonfish boat whilst we were there and that was nice too. You don't see much out the bottom unless you're stopped with the engines off in harbour or at see. But the trip itself is still really nice. We also went to the Safari Zoo and on the train - the kids really enjoyed it. My only constructive feedback for the hotel is they need a light on at the playground. Once it gets dark there's no way for the kids to see on the park and they will still play on it and inevitably hurt themselves. And maybe a bit more energy for the evening entertainment. (Maybe for kids disco to last a little longer

We enjoyed Sa Coma and had a lovely holiday but the hotel was more average than good for us for the price. Starting with the good points, large 1 bed apartment with everything we needed, nice pool view and hotel area nice and clean. Food was fine we enjoyed most of what we had. Pool area and facilities were good for younger kids, very close to a lovely beach, some great bars and shops. It's a location we have been to before and we really like the area. The hotel staff (all but one very rude receptionist) were very friendly, especially housekeeping and in the restaurant staff, they where very welcoming. The bad points... Very rude receptionist on arrival (short dark hair in a bob) our transfer was a bit late so arrived at 8:45 told the restaurant was closed (it wasn't) we would get a plate of food brought up. She wasn't interested what any of us would or could eat, dietary issues Allergies! She was blunt rude and Kept talking over my husband telling us to go to our room and wait like we where kids, not a good start, in the end we just walked away. 30 minutes later three plates arrived one plate of salad covered in nuts, one plate of cooked meats and a plate with bananas, kiwis and plums on & small bread rolls. We didn't eat it and went to a restaurant round the corner. We stayed half board and the food during our stay was fine, staff are lovely. Plenty of selection but not very warm, alot of it isn't labelled so you have no idea what it is or what is in it unfortunately. The rooms are big but dated, we were on a low floor very close to the Britannia Bar, nice bar but not ideal having a room 3 doors down from it. Most weekdays the noise goes on till around 1am then you hear them filling the bins with bottles and on a weekend it's after 3 am. Very noisy! Pool area is really nice but no room between beds, really crammed in. Same as everywhere people running round reserving beds early morning. We only used it once, due to the lack of room, tables and the ants were really bad. We had a lovely holiday, spent most of it on the beach. We would stay here again if it was a very good price and could guarantee a room in the opposite building .

Very nice hotel, very clean and amazing food! Also the personnel is nice, always eager to help and they work a lot! I appreciate how clean was the place everywhere, despite the large number of kids running around. My kids liked the pool, the water was warm and the depth was just perfect for them to swim. The only disatvantage is that the pool is a bit small and sometimes becomes pretty crowded. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to come back!
