Beautiful modern hotel with swimming pool, spacious room equipped with home automation and luxurious bathroom, potentially worthy of a 9+ rating if it weren't for the extensive renovations and the resulting inconvenience. When we checked in around 4 p.m., it quickly became clear that the lady behind the reception desk was not interested in helping us. There were no instructions for the home automation system, and we had a problem with the Wi-Fi, which turned out to be due to our limited digital knowledge, so we went to the reception desk for help, where we were assisted in a very unfriendly manner by this lady, something we have never experienced in a hotel before! Tip for the cleaning staff: please check under the beds. Because of this experience, I give this hotel a failing grade. It's a shame, because it has so much more potential.

Second time we stayed at this Hotel. Close to entrance Europa Park through the Hotel Bell Rock. Lidl and Edeka and a Bakery close by!
Apartment big enough to sleep 7 people, with Kitchen and a small terrace. Only one bathroom though! And the shower sets everything under water in the bathroom. A bit expensive for an Apartment, but not much choices if you want to sleep 7 people! Nevertheless, next year we would book again the same Apartment.

Lovely and helpful receptionist- allowed me to check in early and was helpful with recommendations for Europa Park. Room was comfortable, modern and clean. I also got a room upgrade. Only downside- the wifi is not very good, pretty slow and loses connection a lot

Great
Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus.
Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind!
