Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel à 5 personnes, dont trois enfants. L'accueil est agréable mais la gérante ne parle pas français. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Attention, lorsque vous réservez, car la remise des clés ne peut se faire que le matin entre 8h00 et 12h00. Nous avions un billet soirée pour Rulantica seulement à partir de 17h00 du coup nous avons du venir le matin et patienter toute l'après-midi, heureusement nous avons pu accéder à la chambre. Concernant l'emplacement, il faut compter au moins 15 min à pieds pour rejoindre Europapark, Rulantica est encore plus loin et le trajet à pied n'est pas agréable, il y a des navettes gratuites qui relient les deux parcs. Attention aussi au petit petit-déjeuner, il s'agit d'un buffet très copieux, varié avec des bons produits. Mais, il est servi pour 8h00, tout le monde vient en même temps pour aller à Europapark à l'ouverture, sauf que à cause du covid, vous devez attendre votre tour pour vous servir au buffet , cela peut-être assez long. Du coup, nous avons écourté le petit-déjeuner sans pouvoir vraiment en profiter. Attention aussi au parking, les grosses voitures familiales ne rentrent pas, vous devez vous garer dans la rue.
