Great experience and very affordable. Our host Dave made everything super easy and was just generally very accommodating. The room was nice and spacious with a private bathroom. Beds were also very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend if you're passing through Rotorua!

Great experience! Dave was super kind, helpful, and informative when we needed to extend our stay due to bad weather affecting our backpacking plans. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Highly recommend if you are traveling through and need a good place to stay in Rotorua.

Recently had the chance to stay at kiwi as guest house while visiting rotorua. We booked a family room which was good and spacious for 5 of us. The room was in great condition. Beds were comfortable. It was a quite a smooth experience. Property is right in the middle of Rotorua town centre, next to Polynesian spa, Rotorua’s famous Eat Street, big grocery store in walking distance. New owners and great service from them. Took care of everything we needed.

Recently stayed at the property. Our stay was quite comfortable. Seen good changes as the new owners take over and big renovations on its way. New owners have maintained good standards in cleanliness. Hoping the best wishes to owners for their future endeavours.

Exceptional cleanliness and safety measures in place, made us feel secure during our stay. They also provide shared kitchen with nice dining area, where we can enjoy movies and netflix. Makes it easy to commute as the property is in the middle of town center making things and places accessible.

Je mets un 5 étoiles car pour le prix il n'y a rien à redire. L'établissement est très bien situé dans Rotorua, les lieux sont propres et surtout le nouveau propriétaire de l'établissement est fort aimable et serviable. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale de 25m carré pouvant accueillir 5 personnes avec une entrée privative. Je recommande pour ceux qui voyage en famille ❤️

Stayed here multiple times over the years and my recent stay has never been better. There a new renevations that have been done by the new owners. Vineet and Dave treated us so well and I truly believe this business is now in better hands. Excited to see the new up coming renevations when I return.

The room was small. The only light in the room was in the centre of the ceiling. Patches of paint were missing on the bright blue walls. The only towels provided was a bath mat and bath-towel...no hand-towel.....no toiletries for showering, (except for some liquid soap at the hand basin). The bed was comfortable. A fan was provided and needed as it was so warm and the only window could only be open about 10cm.......Overall a VERY OLD and run down establishment......but a cheap place to stay in these days where other establishments are expensive.

The accommodation was backpackers style but charged at hotel price. There was no tv, place was really run down, wouldn't stay there again. Very disappointing and didn't feel safe as it was close to the road.
