Bed is too small for sharing between 3 pax. A musky smell when stepped into the room, should have included a freshener or air filter in the room! Location is good

I booked a 2 room room for my Rotorua trip. The facilities were well equipped and the bed was comfortable. This room is perfect for a family of four.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but the Luge is right in front. Recommended for budget accommodation in Rotorua.

So glad to have found this place on my trip through New Zealand. Lovely quiet location on the outskirts of Rotorua but easy to get into town by bus or Uber. Accommodation was perfect, really well presented with lots of nice touches such as local ground coffee and milk waiting for you on arrival. Lovely breakfast delivered to room if booked the night before. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in Rotorua

Staff at Ripple made the extra effort to make guests feel welcome with several unique and personal touches. All staff interactions including reservations, housekeeping and grounds team were positive and friendly. Room was great and comfortable, shame I didn't have time to fill the spa!

Wij hadden een ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer en een tuintje dat uitzag op het beekje en groen. Er was ook en jacuzzi maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Alles aanwezig in de keuken, bankje, 2 fauteuils en een heerlijk groot kingsize bed dat te minste niet heen en weer schudt als een van de partners zich omdraait. Ook was er een goed restaurant aanwezig, waar wij alle 2de avonden hebben gedomineerd. Personeel is super attent en vriendelijk, van receptie tot schoonmaak. Dichtbij meerdere attracties. Uitstekende Wifi, de beste van alle hotels die wij in NZ hebben gehad. Voor ons had het alles wat wij nodig hadden. Nadelen: ietwat gehorig en best prijzig.

Lovely stay. Very large rooms with a comfortable bed. Pool and spa available and a private spa outside your room that you can fill up. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed. Heater was efficient and extra blanket for the bed was appreciated. Thank you!
