This is essentially a motel, quite shabby. Parking is convenient!
The room they gave me is quite poor, like it was built illegally.
There was a bottle of used milk in the refrigerator.
There were many hairs on the sofa bed. The so-called big bed was only 1.4 meters wide and very soft, so two people couldn't sleep on it.
As for the outdoor spa, I didn't want to use it either. There were fallen leaves all over the ground and old spider webs on the lights, as if it hadn't been taken care of for a long time.
The bathroom had a curtain.

The location is very good 👍 opposite skyline. The environment is very good, pets are allowed, please inform in advance. The front desk is very friendly and is suitable for bringing pets and children together. There is also mini golf, swimming pool, and playground. The children have a lot of fun.

Bed is too small for sharing between 3 pax. A musky smell when stepped into the room, should have included a freshener or air filter in the room! Location is good

Great place to stay, very clean, really enjoyed the warm pool and hot spa, friendly staff and lovely added touch of arriving to a warm room as the turned the heat pump on knowing we were arriving late

I will be staying at Ripple every time i am in Rotorua and have already heavily promoted Ripple in the last few days, due to how amazing the Staff were prior to arrival, during arrival and throughout our weekend stay. There is nothing i can say to bring fault to the weekend, everything was covered and i especially loved the attention to detail, the small things like having a small bag with my name on it and a couple of what to do brochures inside it along with the key to the room on a rack in the main entrance. The room was well serviced, i appreciated the sourcing of local coffee and milk, the quality of the Milk was impeccable - A2, and the coffee was the brand Mourea from Rotorua. The Spa Bath was relaxing, and i really loved the fact that it was fresh water every time (Refillable), as you can never be sure of what has been in the spa bath previously. The grounds were beautiful, even after all the rain, i really enjoyed taking a stroll through the native bush and around the stream. The Staff were exceptional and there was nothing that was a problem for them.

Highly recommend - we had a wonderful experience at Ripple Rotorua. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We went with a work group, but also had our children along, and it was the perfect accommodation for that. The play area and river walk were excellent for the kids - they loved looking at the fish in the river. Ngā mihi nui!
