This is essentially a motel, quite shabby. Parking is convenient!
The room they gave me is quite poor, like it was built illegally.
There was a bottle of used milk in the refrigerator.
There were many hairs on the sofa bed. The so-called big bed was only 1.4 meters wide and very soft, so two people couldn't sleep on it.
As for the outdoor spa, I didn't want to use it either. There were fallen leaves all over the ground and old spider webs on the lights, as if it hadn't been taken care of for a long time.
The bathroom had a curtain.

The location is very good 👍 opposite skyline. The environment is very good, pets are allowed, please inform in advance. The front desk is very friendly and is suitable for bringing pets and children together. There is also mini golf, swimming pool, and playground. The children have a lot of fun.

Bed is too small for sharing between 3 pax. A musky smell when stepped into the room, should have included a freshener or air filter in the room! Location is good

This place is absolutely beautiful. The staff we're amazing from booking to our arrival and during our stay. Friendly and down to earth staff. We felt at home here. Due to the weather being cold, our room was set up perfectly and so warm. We really appreciated that and the welcome note. It made us feel so comfortable. We have found our go to place. So anytime we make a trip to Rotorua, Ripple it is!!! My two teenagers loved it here.

It seems like an old Motel you would find on the back roads of the US. Big rooms with ample parking and just across the road from the gondola ride. They delivered breakfast every morning to our room. Our room had a kitchen and a hot tub, though you had to fill the tub yourself which took some time. Very close to the Maori village.
