在攜程平台訂新西蘭的房，顯示五星級酒店。標價1440元每晚下單後被加税變成1660多。跟着谷歌導航到了地址，黑漆漆一片。眼前並沒有五星級酒店的樣子，也沒有酒店大堂接待中心。立即網上找攜程人工服務溝通，20分鐘後告知鑰匙在接待中心門外一個密碼盒子裏。我摸着黑找了半天才找到接待中心門口，門外牆上發現一個盒子，輸入密碼後見到一把帶着塑料牌的鋼鑰匙。一個工作人員都沒有見到。由於這酒店像個汽車旅館，找了兩個小時才摸黑找到房間。發現就是我們停車的位置正前方。打開防盜門就是個客廳，卧室沒有空調供暖，衹有客廳有個壁掛空調。防盜門外就直接是停車場，能看到路上的穿梭的汽車。上官網查了一下，發現標價幾百塊，加上税才800多。攜程卻標價1660多。多次向攜程反應，第一次説補貼195。第二次補貼320。第三次來個主管誰給退520。我問為什麼把我們當大**？1600多的五星級酒店實際是個汽車旅館。沒人接待入住，靠自己找密碼盒找鑰匙進房間。卧室沒有空調，孩子都凍感冒了。爸爸在客廳守着防盜門睡的。多次溝通無果，還在處理中…以下附圖 各位看官請評價一下這是幾星的酒店？1625一晚值不值？等待最終處理結果。後續繼續追評

比較適合family tour，酒店配套很完善，房間也乾淨整潔，就是有點老舊，前台八點半就下班，是一個傳統的motel

羅託路亞是一個度假城市，這個酒店設施算是當地比較完善且齊全的了。酒店沒有餐廳，所以沒有早餐，需要自己煮或者開車到附近的cafe解決。
