Hygiene: Very clean, no odor. It doesn't look like an old hotel. The front desk service is very good and patiently explained. It is very suitable for a family trip. A glass of red wine was given in the room, which was good.

Two major advantages: first, the unique Rotorua Lake and the geothermal beach are right outside the hotel. Second, the Polynesian Hot Springs is less than 5 minutes' walk away, so you can soak in the hot springs at night and walk directly back to the hotel to sleep. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and there are many tour groups. If you are assigned to a room at the far end, it will take several minutes to cross one or two doors inside the hotel. There is no supermarket near the hotel. We found a Korean fast food restaurant 5 or 6 minutes' walk away. If you drive, it is not far from the center of Rotorua, so there are more choices.

The hotel mainly occupies the geographical advantage, and the hot spring is indeed very close. The rest is really average, about the same as the three-star hotels in China. To be honest, it is not worth the price. We added breakfast, which was also average, so don't expect too much.

The room was nice, the big bed was upgraded to a family room, the door was right next to Lake Rotorua and the Polynesian Spa, the location and environment were good. But the breakfast was purely Western style, which the two kids could not adapt to.
