Prize by Radisson, Rostock City

Hotel was pretty nice, specially crew - really good! Breakfast could be better - really very little choice.

There is nothing in the room like glass, tea, coffee, spoon…

Dirty bathroom, especially toilet (rests from the guest before), hair in the shower - i am better not show. But receptionist was nice, therefore 2 points, but for the 4 times as regular price during Hanse Sail of 240 Euros instead of 65 Euros the worst deal I ever made.

This hotel is located very near to the port and Otto korner clinic and everything is walkable from here . Room size is ok, but they don’t give tooth brush etc in bathroom. Cleaning of rooms is done on third day and only if asked for then you get room cleaned in between. Bfast is good but exactly same menu everyday , staff is very helpful . But central customer service is lagged, you mail they won’t reply to your request, you call no one picks the call. Even you cannot call hotel directly , no where there is number displayed on site and your call keeps going in loop of automated response . Rooms are clean . Easily accessible .

The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets. Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway.

self check in very easy, very straight forward, guides your hand the entire time and you don’t have to stand in the often long mine. Mo runs the show - checking people in, checking on rooms, answering phones and tending the bar … guy is rambo! Give him a raise; he’s a giant front asset to your brand/company
