"The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of delicious food. Overall, Grand Westside Hotel offers excellent value for money with its clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel near Manila Bay and the airport."

"I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there."

"First, the good points: the staff were super friendly and very responsive. The facilities include a pool and gym, and the rooms were new and spacious. Now for the downsides, mainly the breakfast. I had breakfast here 5 times, and the selection wasn't great, and the taste was pretty mediocre. On two mornings, the hotel temporarily changed the breakfast location due to an event. Perhaps due to a lack of experience, there was no place to sit, and the food was still just okay (this is just my personal taste). One morning, while I was getting ready in the bathroom, I suddenly found myself surrounded by shower bubbles pouring in from the next room! 😂 And on another evening, the toilet got clogged. The good thing is that the hotel was very quick to respond to all these 'incidents'."

"We traveled as a family and had a generally great experience. The restaurant service was very nice and friendly, which we truly appreciated. However, the breakfast service staff felt a bit stiff and not as warm compared to our experience at Miso, where the atmosphere was more welcoming. The food sa Miso and breakfast is very masarap! On a positive note, we really loved the pool, it was very appealing and enjoyable, especially for kids."

"The room was spacious enough and even had a washing machine. The owner was super thoughtful and turned on the A/C before I arrived; he was also really friendly and handsome! Downstairs, there's a Chinese supermarket and restaurants, and it's quite close to the airport."

"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"My recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future."

"Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is"

"Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass."
