在10月3日進駐，環境好 ，衞生好，服務好 ，離去時，女兒不慎把手錶落在房間 ，服務小妹聞訊幫查找及時快遞 ，很温馨而感動 ，大讚一個，細節點亮榕江不容易的旅遊服務環境 ！！！

我們是先辦入住，沒有檢查房間，着急去看村超，回來的時候已經12點左右了，發現房間裏面有一股煙味，但是我們兩個人沒有一個人抽煙，煙味從何而來。後面我們開始認真檢查，發現門是壞的，不能反鎖，我們衹能用凳子抵着的；房間裏面牆面是臟的，到處是腳印；衞生間都沒有打掃，上一位客人用的牙刷都還在那放着，洗臉盆也是臟的，衞生間還有飛蛾，蟲子。房間裏面一充斥着一股味道（類似新裝修的味道-串串？房）。我們也經常出去旅遊住酒店，第一次遇到這種大無語的酒店，至少檢查一下，打掃衞生後在掛攜程上吧。畢竟價格也不便宜，打着酒店的名義，至少服務要跟上吧。建議大家去榕江的時候慎重選擇酒店。
