It's close to all the tourist attractions, and has a very good, tidy room and good cleaning service. I recommend the breakfast option here.

Such a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough to make it a perfect stay. I saw some of them being given a hard time by not-so-gracious guests, and all of them were able to handle it with complete professionalism. Very well trained and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb room and great service. The gym is spacious with professional equipments. Breakfast is nice with lots of choices.

Their breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but the quality was decent. The room’s curtain can’t be closed entirely. Other than this, the rest are pretty good! Walking distances to most of the tourists’ venues. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Rome.

Nice and romantic hotel but it is quite far from the center and no said in the advertisement. Next time I may not come back to stay because it is too far to the center

Overall, a passing grade and meets the standards of a 5-star hotel. The location is very good near the shopping area (10-minutes walk) and the staff are friendly and kind.

Good hotel with everything that you need

Love the buffer plus one customer order service every morning, included in my reservation. Room/shower space is relatively smaller than average W hotels. Staff are very friendly.

A safe location just behind Intercontinental Rome , walking distance to Spanish Steps , near sightseeing bus stop, The hotel renovated trendy, very friendly staffs , The king size room looked a bit small but completely fulfilled our needs - big makeup mirror , Dyson , food bar ,

Very good and very new hotel. Worth to stay. The room is quite small but the bed is very nice to sleep!

good location and clean hotel, very helpful stuffs

Hotel was very new and clean but very small, would come back next time. swimming pool were way too small, only have a few beds. During our stay I see a lot of outside guests to share such a little space, hotel should have give hotel guests priority to use the pool. Breakfast wasn’t too impressed, 60% of cold dishes, hot food on menu, only offers some eggs and hams, each guest can only order once.
