The location is very good with just a few minutes walk from the Termini station which is the main transfer point for Line A & B reaching mist tourists attractions. The breakfast is nice with choices. You could make yourself the hot waffle. Restaurants all around the hotel. A good choice.

Very good location near to Roma Termini. You will need to walk about 20-30mins to most of the attractions. The metro does not bring you to places like Trevi Fountain or Piazza Novono. You can take the metro from here to Colosseum and Vatican City though which makes it convenient. Direct train to the airport too.  Staff were very helpful and able to provide early breakfast if needed.  Basic amenities. Need to ask for things like toothbrushes. No daily free bottle of water. We stayed there for 3 nights and we got 1 x 500ml water bottle to share. Also not too sure why there was an exercise bike in the room. (Maybe a gym room for the staff when no guests booked the room??)

Overall, my stay was pleasant, since I was there for 7 nights. I got in before 10 am. My room wasn't ready, but they held my luggage until check-in time. So, I went out to explore for the hours I had to wait. Came back a little early (by 15 minutes) and my room was ready. They even brought up my luggage. The staff was nice, hospitable, and helpful. It's really right around the corner from the train station, and there are a lot of restaurants around as well. It's convenient to walk to the main attractions. It takes maybe 20 minutes to get to the Colosseum and the  Roman Forums. If you are walking to Piazza del Popolo, it's approximately 40 minutes away, longer if you stop to enjoy the scenery around you. The breakfast is buffet-style with a good variety, including coffee and orange juice. They even have soy and oat milk if needed.  I will say I was only given one free water the entire time I was there. I feel that no one should have to ask for that, and it should be replaced like everything else. Thankfully, there's a store around the corner where you can get water, and there is a fountain at the church, not far away, where you can fill up your water for free if you have your own bottle. Also, when I was going to check out, the left elevator's light was out, and the other elevator wouldn't move from the 7th floor. That was the only time I worried a bit because it was pitch black in there going down, so I hope that was fixed because it wasn't like that earlier.  I know a lot of people are worried about being around Roma Termini, and I can understand it to a certain point. However, as a solo traveler and a woman, I didn't feel in danger. There were some areas I'd avoid while walking, which was easy to do. 

the hotel is near the station so even if you have a lot of baggages you don't have to walk a lot. We arrived before the check in time and since there was a room already ready they let us check in earlier. We really appreciated it because we arrived after a long trip from Japan. All the staff was really nice, the hospitality too. Maybe because the clients were almost all Japanese, but in the morning at breakfast time they put on famous Japanese songs, maybe to make them feeling at home. I think we made a good decision to stop at this hotel.

The hotel is good in location but it is not cheap during summer holiday time.

Great location, close to Termini station. Just few minutes walking distance. Direct train to/from the airport. Very convenient. Lot of nice restaurants nearby. The room is clean and size is pretty good for European hotels.

Good location, 3 mins walk to Roma Termini train station and Metro A & B. Stayed in a classic double room. Room is clean and housekeeping is very responsive. The tub shower has a high tub sidewall with a large free swinging glass splash guard making getting in/out a challenge.

The location is close to Termini which is very conveneint. The front desk is very nice and kind. The room had everything we need and the breakfast is vary and good in quality.

The hotel is conveniently located to Roma Termini. No need for a cab from the train station, a big plus after a long flight. The rooms are pretty small, 12-18 sq. meters, but it didn't bother me, which is unusual. And the wifi was excellent (see attached, from Ookla).

The location of the hotel is good and the service is good too. The rooms are silent. Breakfast is ok, standard continental with a good selection of desserts.

Great location and staff is great. Very close to central station super easy to move around the city. During the night can sometimes be a bit noisy from the streets.
