Hotel Raffaello, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Hotel Raffaello was a quiet and pleasant surprise. I came with work on my mind, expecting something simple and practical, and I left with a small sense of warmth that stayed with me. The hotel is located in a calm area, away from the rush yet still connected to the city. It felt safe, comfortable, and easy to navigate. The kind of place where you can breathe after a long day and still be close enough to everything you need. The room was clean and functional, not luxurious but honest in its comfort. The bed was good, the shower worked perfectly, and the space had a certain simplicity that helped me rest well. Breakfast was modest but done with care. There was always good coffee and a quiet space to start the day slowly. Sometimes that’s all you need before another day of travel or meetings. What I appreciated most was the staff. They were kind in small ways that felt genuine, not forced. A smile at check-in, a quick help when needed, a quiet sense of welcome that made the stay feel personal.

Great location for weekend visit. Close walks to major sites including interesting major basilicas with vast history and art. Also close to Termini Metro stop for trip to vatican. Hotel was easy to access, staff excellent both friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well laid out but a bit small for the price. Breakfast was buffet with good selection and fresh produce.

Excellent service. They accommodated all of my needs in a timely manner and were very kind. Highly recommended!

Nice and i would stay again

The room was very nice and made of good quality wood. There were some issues with the shower design where the step is raised so the water flows down onto the floor. We had to shower very carefully. Maybe this is being fixed in their current renovation

The bath room a bit small. No glasses for toilet. Everything very good.
