Great location for weekend visit. Close walks to major sites including interesting major basilicas with vast history and art. Also close to Termini Metro stop for trip to vatican.
Hotel was easy to access, staff excellent both friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and well laid out but a bit small for the price. Breakfast was buffet with good selection and fresh produce.

Overall the stay was good but the buffet breakfast waiter man was very rude, he took away our plates and kept saying " finished? finished?.." many times every 5 to 10 minutes, it was very obvious that he wanted us to leave the tables and wanted us to eat our breakfast quickly. He repeated saying "finished? finished?" again to four of us the next morning, this was very irritating. Nobody was waiting for our table and i wonder why he was doing this so rude. He made us feel very bad early in the morning holiday in Rome.

In the evening, I was not feeling well and I vomited and had a stomachache, so I complained about the room door not opening quickly, but the reception and staff were quick and kind. It's located about 5-10 minutes down from Termini Station, and there's a PAM Local Mart right below, which is nice. I liked the interior, and the bathroom was really clean, as if it had been remodeled. Although it's near Termini Station, it's in a bigger alley than I thought, and there are a lot of restaurants down there, so I was able to walk around a lot in the evening. Above all, the service was great. I had a few issues before arriving in Rome, but when I sent an email, they replied the same day, and the desk was open 24 hours, so I was able to check in even though I arrived in the early morning. It's a great hotel in many ways!
