The staff were really nice and friendly, they let us check in early, the sink was not working properly as soon as we brought it to their attention they fixed for us, they let us to keep our luggage there after check out. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Le Petit Bijou truly lives up to its name – a little gem in the heart of Paris! The exquisite decor, attention to detail, and personalized service make this boutique hotel a standout choice. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the cozy ambiance made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the City of Love!

they said it was self check-in and they will provide room number and password for us in the day of our reservation but they never did. when we arrive at the location we didn’t see anyone and decided to call and text them. nobody responded. we tried to look for another hotel in the middle of the night in a city we’ve never came before with my girlfriend. very next day they messaged us saying it was a problem with their system and they will pay the amount of the reservation for the other hotel. for the next 7 days we waited for them to pay our money back but they kept giving us excuses like booking didn’t emailed them when they clearly did. they even asked us to cancel our booking reservation. I said i will call the cops and they said they are laughing when someone says they will call the cops. one of my worst experiences ever. definitely should avoid booking from here.

Hotel molto curato, ottima posizione (vicino alla metto Repubblica o Barberini) e molto pulito. Prezzo davvero ottimo. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la macchinetta del caffè, i biscotti, l’acqua e il forno a microonde che abbiamo trovato in struttura!
