Best place to stay.

Everything is great. The staff, the location, clean and cozy.

Arrangements were made to stay here from Hotel Principe. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable The ancient building hotel is unique and quiet. Hygiene is very good. The most important location is good, just 500 meters away from the central train station, and within one or two kilometers, almost all attractions in Rome can be reached on foot.

It was our first visit to Roma we came from lebanon , it was a lovely stay , my husband and i loved everything!; I highly recommend Residenza dei principi for its cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and excellent location.

Great location to historical sites, restaurants and shops. Staff was beyond accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is PERFECT and their coffee is delicious. Great feeling of being home! Thank you! I hope I can be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We wanted to be close to the train station for an early morning trip even though friends said this district was not safe at night. It is not an easy walk dragging luggage on crowded sidewalks and not an easy place to spot. I was uneasy about staying a place without a 24 hour front desk though if you're used to airbnb, maybe not. Someone is there when you arrive and will give you keys. Then you're on your own. The room was basic, pleasant enough. Clean. It is up several flights with several other "residenzas" on the floor but we never saw another person there. The Mercado Central is close for good food and not far to the Duomo and other sights.

We had never experienced this concept. A large apartment with access to a kitchen where breakfast is available: coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, water, eggs, cold meats, bread, pastries, dairy products... You help yourself and you will eat in your room. Pleasant and quiet stay, a reasonable distance from the main tourist sites of Rome. We were welcomed on the first day by a young girl who kindly introduced us to the different points of interest in the city. Copious breakfast available to you in the kitchen. Don't do like us though, don't forget to ring the intercom at the bottom of the building to signal your arrival. Because the difficulty is there, the hosts do not live on site and travel to welcome arrivals through telephone exchanges. We will never see the same people during our three day stay, which is a shame. Including the day of our departure, we would have appreciated talking a little about this stay.

Terrible service, we wanted to change the date due to an emergency with enough time beforehand and they were rude and blunt that I didn't know it could be changed, so neither refund nor exchange, I don't recommend it, be careful with this type of stay

Great breakfast, perfect location! I arrived at the facility around 11pm, thanks to the self check-in I was able to access quickly without any extra costs. The room was perfect, large, welcoming. Excellent cleaning (carried out every day). The staff is always available if not on site on the phone. The Wi-Fi worked PERFECTLY, I really needed it for work needs. Thank you thank you thank you, I will definitely be back!!

TOTAL disappointment! What is artfully documented by the photographic material proposed by the site does not reflect the real state of the art of the small APARTMENT (consisting of a simple corridor, a very small space used as a coffee corner, where there is not the slightest SPACE TO HAVE BREAKFAST FROM ALONE and three bedrooms. An apartment used as a simple and anonymous B&B. The room assigned to me can be defined as a simple 3rd class dormitory; without any advertised style, elegance and accuracy of the accessories! The entrance to the building appears dilapidated, worn and poorly maintained to put it mildly. Class, elegance and style, DO NOT BELONG to this place. I did not change the structure because I arrived late and HOTEL *** / ***. * nearby complete !!!!! As that book said, he thought he was an Eagle but he was simply a....... P.S. Welcome N. P.
