We enjoy staying very comfortable

Personally, I am negative about it, but I will write down 3 reasons. 1. There are 4 doors leading to the room, but only 2 can be opened by the guest. The remaining 2 have to be opened by the owner or another guest. In my case, I arrived at 2 o'clock and the door was not opened, so I waited outside for over 30 minutes. Also, another guest came late at night after a night tour and no one opened the door, so I rang the bell for over an hour and woke up to open the door myself. 2. The guidance is terrible. It feels like an unmanned hotel where the owner is not waiting, and I have not seen the owner even once in 2 nights and 3 days. Also, if I had sent an email in advance asking how to contact them, they would have understood, but after writing down the address and leaving, I was left in front of a multi-family house and I did not know what to do. I was reluctant to call because I only had data on my ESIM, so I was charged for roaming, but when I tried to contact them, they said they would download the What's app and provide guidance, and after 10 minutes of calling, they proceeded. I lived in Canada for 3 years, so my English is excellent. The owner's English is terrible, and the person who changed the room for the second time also doesn't speak English. I thought I was going crazy because I was so frustrated. 3. They don't trust me at all and keep demanding that I pay the travel tax. In other places, they at least come when you first enter and give you instructions and collect the travel tax, or they collect it when you check out. You can also use your card or cash. At that time, I only had large denominations of cash, so I said that I would exchange money and leave it on the morning of the second day of my 3-day, 2-night stay. But before that, they kept demanding that I leave the money every 2 hours and take a picture and send it to them. I explained the situation thoroughly and said that I would definitely leave it and take a picture in the evening, but they just kept demanding. That ******* 'take a picture 😄' emoji is so disgusting. They contacted me throughout my trip and I saw that emoji a total of 14 times. If a person gives it to me in the evening, I'd trust them and wait. I even gave them a time limit, saying I'd send them the photos by 7pm, but they kept nagging me until they got the answer I wanted. I don't know if they can't read English or not. Later, they even sent me their bank account. At that time, the whole trip was really shitty. The accommodation was clean, but there were so many crappy things that I personally recommend not going there. I really don't write reviews, but when I do, I only write when I really can't go there. Please trust me.

The room is very good, better than the same level

Can't live in, bad attitude, broken things

Great room, great cleanliness, helpful staff. The only flaw, breakfast at the adjacent bar with limited service. Little choice and any change for a fee (eg. A hot tea instead of a cappuccino + eur 1.40). For the rest everything perfect.
