Thoughtful Hospitality in a Prime Location! Signature by M Village Hai Bà Trưng offers an excellent stay in the heart of Saigon, conveniently located opposite the famous Park Hyatt Saigon hotel. While situated near the road, the effective double-pane glass windows provided noticeable noise reduction, allowing for comfortable rest. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, Tessa for her personalized handwritten welcome note, Nancy at the evening reception for her consistently warm greetings and beautiful smiles, and Rosie who attentively handled our daytime requests. Their genuine care and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed. M Village consistently delivers with its simple yet highly effective approach to hospitality - offering all the essentials done exceptionally well. For first-time visitors to Ho Chi Minh City looking for a well-located property with outstanding service, I would happily recommend Signature by M Village.

Stayed here twice. 2024 and 2025. Outstanding value for money. Superb central location, walking distance to all HCMC main sites. Always courteous smiling front desk staff. Large rooms. Ask for a quiet room facing the courtyard. I like their quirky hallway art. The only drawback is the lack of room slippers! Only multiuse rubber flip flops are provided for in-room use.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near to everything. The staff is exceptionally attentive and prompt in answering questions via APP (WhatsApp, etc.). But the cost-benefit ratio isn't great. The first room I was assigned faced a vacant lot filled with trash and scrap metal. Not a pleasant view for a weekend getaway. On the second day, by my request, they moved me to a street-facing room after paying an additional rate (which I paid for). The front room has a small balcony with a view of the front of the Hyatt Hotel and a little part of a garden behind the Opera House. The room is with acceptable clean in bathroom but wall dirty with marks (both rooms). Compared with other hotels in the same City and district, the room is small in size and lacks amennities of good quality. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers, they provide rubber sandals used by other guests before you. After I complained, they provided other rubber sandals that were clean.

I recently stayed at M Village Hai Bà Trưng, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service—especially from the lady at the front desk named Rosie . She was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. From the moment I arrived, she ensured that everything was taken care of, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. Her level of service truly elevated my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay comfortable. The location is also a plus, with easy access to great cafes, restaurants, and attractions in District 1. Love it here! From the checked in until checked out all perfect. Friendly staffs , all of them! Everyone smile and ready to help. The room was beautiful, the view from the balcony was lovely. The room were spotless! Will any chance to be back there, here is the place I will stay. Even you traveled alone you will feel safe here.

A super nice boutique hotel in the centre of HCMC, with nearly all main tourist attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. Cute room and terrace views of the opera house is the best part of our trip. The front desk is also extremely nice and helpful. Staying here is definitely a plus for our holiday. High recommended.

Signature M is a comfortable and clean hotel, room size is cozy enough, air cons unit functions perfectly. Location is perhaps one of the best choice in district 1 and nearby to couple of good restaurants next to it. Can’t forget to talk about service, Signature M is famous for its super lovely and attentive concierge service, shout out to Rosie and Naccy, they were so helpful and consistently carrying a big smile every time they greet me, just made my day! Thank you for the great service and will be back again!

I had a fantastic stay at Signature by M Village Hai Ba Trung! This small but charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. From day one, the team (Tessa, Rosie, Naccy) was very attentive, checking in daily through WhatsApp to see if I needed anything. When I did request items like water or room cleaning, they responded swiftly and efficiently. The location is another highlight, with many restaurants and malls nearby, as well as the new MTR station for easy transportation. I also felt very secure during my stay, as access to the main entrance is only granted with a keycard. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m definitely considering staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Service and location of this hotel was amazing! The team contacted me through WhatsApp, before, during, and after my stay to make sure that I was having a good experience with the hotel and it was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is in the heart of HCM (District 1) making it a breeze to go to multiple tourist attractions. You can find every type of Vietnamese food within walking distance and they’re all very good! One thing that the hotel can improve on is their room design. There was a big gap between my mattress and the headboard, so my pillows could’ve easily fallen through the gap. We tried to push the bed closer to the headboard, but it wasn’t possible. The light switches near the bed are located behind the headboard. This makes it slightly do officially to turn off the light when I was already in bed. There’s also no exhaust fan for the condensation from the shower to get out, but the strong AC was able to make up for that. I think the room design could be better and that’s something the hotel can fix in the long run.  For the price that I paid, I was happy with my stay.
