Hotel is an old building but location is great and has all amenities needed in a clean environment. Service is fantastic with staff being on hand for anything and very helpful and friendly

We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied. However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially in a hotel of this level. In conclusion, the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv offers a pampering and quality experience, but attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool. If this issue is addressed, the hotel will be able to offer a perfect experience to its guests.

I booked 3 rooms the room and the hotel not Cleaning at all and more then that we had in my room few animals running under my bad!!! The pilow was with sma off someone elth When Ever i asked - the team help very nice pepole

The service was good as the facilities are quiet old and needs to be renew. The food is very good and I enjoyed it a lot.

The hotel faces the beautiful beach of the Mediterranean Sea. The room I was given was large, with two bathrooms, a terrace and a large living room. The furniture is rather old. But for the same price, my friend's room was just an ordinary size. The hotel lobby and breakfast restaurant have very beautiful sea views, which are pleasing to the eye. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, but the fee is quite expensive, 160 ILS for two nights.

Hygiene: Hygiene is also good Environment: beautiful environment Service: Good service The gym requires a card to enter. You can fill out a form at the front desk in advance to apply for the card. Overall it's pretty good

I am very disappointed with my stay at Herods Tel Aviv. When we arrived we were told we were given an upgrade which was very nice since we did not even ask for one. However if our room was an upgrade I’m afraid to see the room we were supposed to get. First of all the hallways are in desperate need of a renovation. The carpets, walls and doors are in such poor shape it felt like we were in a dump. Next we are to our room (816) which is right next door to an area under construction! How could they put any guest next to all that noise! The room needs a paint job, the built in furniture is banged up, paint chipping. There was a rusty garbage can in the bathroom - such an easy fix but obviously the management could not care less. We very much appreciated that when we asked for a room change we were given one immediately. The new room was better. It did look fresher and with better lighting, however the furniture is still banged up. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim making it difficult to put on make up or shave. It was not at the standard of hotel we are used to and this extremely disappointing. To cap of our stay we were charged the VAT because I have Israeli citizenship even though I have never lived here. We asked to change the reservation to my husband’s name but they said it was too late and there was nothing to be done except pay the tax. The woman serving me was not even kind about it. She told me I should renounce my citizenship if I don’t want these problems in the future. We had a food order charged to the room - good customer service would have been to give us that for free. We have been told that tourism is down in Israel, maybe better customer service would improve some of the situation.

Check-in was smooth, and the hotel's public areas were neat and clean. The elevators were a bit slow due to the large crowd. The room was nice, equipped with coffee and an electric kettle. The balcony offered a pleasant sea view, which was a highlight. However, while the bed sheet was mostly clean, I noticed a few hairs on it, which was disappointing.

This was not my first stay at Herods and hopefully will not be my last. Very comfortable bed, good amenities including espresso machine and kettle, great view from balcony, excellent food, amazing (I mean it - I am picky!) coffee, and warm staff. The location can't be beat.

Great location, very pleasant room, good food, excellent coffee, nice staff, on the beach. What else could you want? Bed was very comfortable, fluffy towels, great TV selection, coffee and tea in room, amazing view. Overall, I recommend!

Great service from Eden in the reception Very nice lady that knows how to treat customers!!!!!! She was very professional and we received great experience and feeling from her and all the team that was very professional and polite and especially Eden

Eden was very helpful, kind and charming! The hotel is nice and clean. Eden, the girl who works at the hotel, helped us and was great!!! We will come back for her The food was delicious and everything was great, the room was very nice, we will be back because of all of these.
