The supérior room with balcony is big, but no Matterhorn view. Narrow range of breakfast options. Need to check in at another hotel reception. Amenities are old, but clean. Very close to Zermatt train station. But will consider another hotel next time by adding a little bit budget.

The front door had steps to go up so it was difficult to bring the luggage up.

Hotel was clean, nice and everything is working well. You can even request for a kettle and can put your luggage in a room but i think it could be trust system since they dont actually have a specific tag to your luggages or a lock.

At the center area of the Zermatt resort - pretty convenient. The room is a little old but clean - fair to say. Breakfast was not wonderful - compared to most of the hotel I stayed with in CH. My wife burned her fingers with the egg steamer - Hm, a warning / tip should be at the side of the steamer.

Near Zermatt train station is the best. Have elevator. Very clean. Breakfast is simple. There's a balcony but not a great view. No view of the Matterhorn. Walls & ceiling of the hotel room is wooden so it's not very soundproof.
