The service was terrible from reception to the room service save for the concierge who was excellent. They seem to think it’s ok for you to have to speak to all their different departments to get anything done and there is no APP. The food and the breakfast was, however, amazing. The hall way and garden was beautiful albeit the rooms are a bit
poky and have a musty smell in the shower.

The hardware is full and the environment is excellent.
1. When checking in and paying the deposit, I didn't bring my credit card for personal reasons and it was a UnionPay card, so I could only pay in cash. After I explained the situation, I wanted to pay a 200eur deposit, but the front desk manager said it had to be 400eur, otherwise I couldn't check in. During the period, I asked if I didn't plan to spend money in the hotel and whether it could be accommodated, but it didn't work.
