The location omis good, customer service is 5 star. They made our Rome trip so easy with giving us map, directions, recommendations to the restaurants with the written papers. Because they understand we are the tourists hence each single suggestion is so heart warming.
The staffs Walter, Joshua and Adeline have gv us so much wonderful service. They are responsible, helpful and speed in action. They deserved many likes from us.
We have the welcoming plate of fruits too thats made us felt so welcoming. Strongly recommend.

The staffs at receptions were always cheerful and welcoming. We were thankful that the room was ready upon arrival, and we could check in early and freshen up after a red eye flight before heading out. A call for assistance to adjust room temperature was addressed promptly. The only complaint was that the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbour. The location was great with a supermarket next door and short walking distance to metro. I would love to be back :)

圖一躺在床上 頭靠着牆 經常有震動 像地震一樣的感覺
早上9點左右開始是有施工噪音的 睡不好覺
而且酒店門口打不到出租車🚕拖着行李走石子路走到大馬路上才能打到車
糟心 這是歐洲行住的最不開心的一個酒店

和朋友一家來羅馬旅遊，在這裏連續住了三天。我想説這家酒店真的非常好。前台小妹妹小哥哥服務很到位，英語很標準，對中國人很友好。房間整潔，乾淨，無異味。早餐種類豐富，每天有一定的更換，吃起來很舒服。晚上露台可以隨便使用，不必在酒店消費，會有小哥做好服務。
美中不足希望改進：1/水龍頭比較難用，是旋鈕式的，很重，而且很滑。2/攜程訂單顯示有華人前台，但實際上並沒有。所以，如果完全不會英語，溝通會比較困難。

這是我22天裏最差的一家酒店…
羅馬景點集中，大部分酒店位置都不會太差。可以看出來是新裝修的酒店，服務還可以很積極。
但是！空調開倆小時自動停了！40度的羅馬 走一天 回去房間是熱的。晚上睡到半夜會熱醒，爬起來開空調！幾次！服務員也搞不清哪裡的問題而且不是單一存在。很多人評論説過，Google review上也有一條説 powerful ac made me sleep for the whole night ，然後再看起來怕是sarcasm，呵呵。想一想白天跑到脱水然後回酒店剛吹涼自動停了！而且定下來接近3000一晚。真是這輩子沒住過這樣的。
最討厭的水龍頭設計，雙旋扭，濕手會滑，它的邊緣老化有水垢變得很鋒利…直接切了我的大拇指！
早餐為什麼後來不吃菜了呢，因為第一天吃的時候菜聞起來臭臭的…
所以非要住的話 早餐也不推薦。
