"To start with some positives, the location was fantastic - a 5 min stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a pool that is open to the public literally next door, which was lovely and very convenient. The aircon in the rooms was also very effective. The gardens are beautifully kept - more so than the rooms! Upon arrival, we found the previous occupants hair ties still hanging from the shower taps, crumbs in the kitchen cupboards and a dusty bathroom floor. Dish sponge was dirty and not changed between guests. Plenty to suggest that not much cleaning had happened. Ash tray on balcony not emptied once. We arrived late in the evening, so we received a message to say that our keys would be left in the door - which was absolutely fine. However, we didn’t see anybody at reception the entire week we stayed and received absolutely no communication regarding check-out. The bar opposite is loud and carries on late into the night, but closes its doors by midnight to limit the noise. This was not much of an issue for us, however if you are a light sleeper or prefer an early night, it’s definitely something to bear in mind as it may be an issue for you. All in all, we did enjoy our holiday."

"Sold us a quadruple room which was tiny. We were asked for the children’s ages at the time of booking so shocked they’d consider that a quadruple with 2 teenagers. Floors never cleaned, glass on balcony door never wiped down. Everything very cheap."

"Just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday as a family of six travelling two adults and 4 children (20, 17, 13, 10) stayed in two rooms. Amazing rooms modern and plenty of space and very comfy beds. One of our rooms looked over the pool and was a corner balcony with stacks of space. Lovely continental breakfast every morning. Spiros is the best host and we all loved his positive energy and smiles in the morning especially accompanied by his sunny orange shirt and tie! Reception staff were also so helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Air con was 8 euro a day, was excellent and well worth it. Our rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced every 3 it said in bathroom although it felt more frequent than that. The pool is definitely the best in Roda and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at it. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept by a gardener who my sons thought looked like the footballer perlo! The hotel is across the road from a supermarket and also a 5 to 10 min walk to lots of restaurants shops and bars! I was surprised this is a 3 star as in my opinion it would be more like a high 4 or 5 star. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!!!"

"We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks holiday staying at the Paradise village in Roda. There is not one thing we can fault at the beautiful villa we stayed in,which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very functional kitchen.  The beds were extremely comfortable and the peaceful location led to some really good nights sleep.the kitchen had everything you needed and a table with 4 chairs but the large patio was our favourite place to spend an evening when not dining out. The manager Yvonne was an absolute diamond, she was always there if we had any queries also a very friendly Lady who always stopped for a little chat.   We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at Paradise Village to anyone.  "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kosmas, George and his family are really lovely people and are so friendly and welcoming On arrival we had a bit of confusion of rooms but Christoff came to our rescue and took us to our appartment, 4 of us shared room B4 which was a roomy 2 bed which was well equiped and beds were comfy, we did not need aircon as room was cool, our friend and her Daughter were above us in roomB4, brand new renovated studio, only problem she had was the shower cubicle, every time shower water all over bathroom floor. The pool area is nice, plenty of beds and pool is so pleaant to swim in. We had breakfast a few times which was really nice and resonable price and a meal before we left, the Greek salad was yummy. All in all we had a wonderful time and would return. Thankyou George and family, maybe next time we can get Eleena to play the violin with your son. Love The France party x"
