"We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Monaco with my mom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is great and clean. Wished there’s a cabinet / luggage storage inside the room. We encountered a bad breakfast at Figaro, 2hrs of serving time. One of the servers was gaslighting. The buffet next day is ok, limited selection"

"they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay"

"This was a last minute booking for me and I was happy they had an available room. Check-in was fine. I was assisted by two very courteous female front service desk staff. I just wished they were also able to advice me about the room they provided me which apparently had a door inside connecting to another room. They later clarified and assured that no guests were checked-in there. The room was very spacious, clean and had no undesirable smell. There was a balcony, not much of a view. The A/C was working just fine. Gym equipment are fairly new although I didn't get to try them during my stay. Pool was big and clean!"

"We had quite a lovely stay on our first trip together to Antipolo and our first time to stay at Altaroca. We had a nice room, comfy bed and good food at the resort. I'm glad there was free barako coffee anytime you would want some. The property also had multilevel common spaces for guests to stay at. Staff are also accommodating and very nice. Some feedback for improvement though: 1) Room 105 needs a table inside the room. There is wasted space there that's best for a table or desk. 2) Please provide paper slippers inside the rooms if possible. 3) I don't know if many people would use the pool table given that there is a charge for that but I think it would be better if there was free use of boardgames, card games or darts so the room would be utilized more. Overall, it's a nice resort to stay at and quite comfortable. Hopefully we can go back."

"We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was such a wonderful experience! The place is easy to get to, and there are so many outdoor activities that are both fun and relaxing. We felt so happy spending our special day here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. P.S. all the best to your accommodating staff. "I want to stress: I was here in the “off/typhoon” season. With that said: the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Plus there are other properties very close by equally a beautiful. Customer service even in the off season: really nice. The food: very nice. Bed: firm but comfortable. The not so good: again, there in the off season. I booked an economy room. It was tiny. Teny-tiny. Crab walk about the bed tiny. No place to put a small suite case tiny. So, I asked to upgrade my room. Which I did with ease and paying the difference. The staff even showed me the room first. More space but the cleanness was…not really there. I had to ask for hand soap, there were ants in the bathroom. And a general mold…almost everywhere in the bathroom. I would love to revisit in the future with a group. It would be a great getaway for a wellness retreat. It is a little oasis in a busy city. This visit was fine for what it was."

"Been a long time since I went here. Very sad that the place have not been maintained well. Room has outdated and broken fixtures. Door already worn out, bidet handle crooked, loose screws on the shower shelf, and shower drains not working well, easily pools up the floor and seeps thru the glass wall making the sink area wet with water puddles. Also they say the main big pool is having a “preventive maintenance”, but by the looks of it, it seems no efforts on repairs have been started and pool has been nonfunctioning for at least 6 months. The only upside are the good quality bed, bedsheets, comforter and pillows. Had a good night sleep. Still hoping this place gets a renovation but looking at the status of how things are over there, its really not looking great at all. Not fitting to be called a “resort” with its current status."

"The staff are nice and accommodating. I like the location, it's accessible to public transportation and any other landmarks. The room is clean and big because It can accommodate 4 pax but I stay there alone because I think they don't have rooms for 1 or two pax but the price is reasonable. They have pool and I like the bathroom with a bathtub, its so spacious, but the faucet is not working. They even have balcony as well. You can also roam around the resort if you want. I recommend this for staycation or perfect for family/friends overnight stay."
