I got scammed ... It was not a 4 stares, not even a hotel, I discovered while checking in that it's a served apartments units with a very unpleasant staff, measurable breakfast, and poor amenities, it was not as described by Trip.com as I paid almost 100 USD per night expecting good rooms, good service, nice breakfast and pleasant facilities to enjoy during my stay, unfortunately all my expectations gone in vain. I demand a full refund.
