There were no towels and the cleanliness and care of the room was horrible with streaks and the shower was splattered with filth from previous renters and the toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet.

I was looking to save money. The trip was so important to me. I was trying to balance my funds because I am a minority when I think about it now I I’m not accustomed to certain living conditions. Cleanliness is next to godliness. I have nothing against the people that stays there. God bless them, but I just like to give a heads up to those who are struggling a little and want certain accommodations so they’ll be able to balance their money when I stepped up on the scene it was a little intimidating. I don’t really know Riverside too much. The only person that I know is my Daddy. That’s resting well at the National Park Cemetery. I love you daddy so I was going to stick it out. I was going to stay in a place where I seen so many bugs. I was so disappointed in myself because I had my mom with me and she really wanted to come because I do believe when you go visit your loved one that’s resting well They know they have a visit.with that being said. I was told to give $20 for two key cards that’s refundable after the end of the trip (not true he kept it I believe it was for his alcohol use)I was checking in at the office. I left my mom in the car. The people started knocking on the window, begging her for money. It really scared her.She don’t really know that kind of life. And they started knocking on the room door and I had to just let them know. Please leave us .I don’t wish this on my own worst enemy. Too many creepy, crawlers,God bless Riverside, especially the minorities.

The rooms had no towels or even trash cans in the rooms, the shower was dirty , there was holes in the blankets and curtains, alot of homeless around and u would think it would be an ok hotel to stay at since it is by the mall but no. And not to mention the unwanted guests we had (bed bugs)

Worst hotel ever please don’t book it to anyone The hotel was terrible and the worst place I have ever stayed in! Cockroaches, no blankets, one dirty towel. Sheets filthy, the entire room smelled like and ashtray, no electric outlet covers, toilet broken, microwave broken, all furniture broken and filthy inside, lampshades held together with plastic bag clips and had mismatched shades and no bulbs installed, filthy tub and shower! Looked to be not scrubbed in months, shower curtain totally moldy! Homeless people banging on my door yelling at all various hours of the day and night, and also shooting ***** on the premises right outside my window in front of my family! Staff did nothing to resolve these issues other then keep their office locked up 24-7!
