I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and always helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay.

The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. I could see hair from the previous occupant of my room on the floor when I checked in. They charge you to keep your bags at reception before checking in even when you’ve already paid for your reservation. Hotel WiFi isn’t that great.

Great experience. 10/10 Classy rooms witb minalistic details Breakfast large and yummy. Although i was starving At the Lapa in a street coY and quiet place. Makes all the difference .

It was everything great but the bedroom. It had got a bath in the middle of the room.

The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. The photos look like Taylor Swift's hotel, and it was meant for Néstor en Bloque. Everything else was fine.

-Cleanliness leaves much to be desired -Location isn't the safest -Totally run down -Reception was completely overwhelmed on Friday evening +At that price, I'd still consider booking again

I'm not bad but I saw myself in the cockroach room. It's convenient that there is a gym. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. I had to go to the lobby

Excellent! Very good breakfast. Nice hotel. Polite, quick and presentable receptionists and valets. Nothing to complain about, except the street is ugly, but that's how it is in the area and the hotel is not to blame. I will stay here again.

It was worth the cost benefit, for the price I couldn't expect much. But anyway it was worth it.

This time I stayed in a room that had a lot of mold on the wall above the bed. Since the room is dark, you can only notice it when you turn on the bedside lights. The air conditioning was very noisy. Good location and good breakfast.
