We stayed at the Amsterdam hotel, a structure under the same management and close by. Overall, given the amount paid, good quality. The cleanliness of the breakfast room and the remote management of the heating need to be taken care of better. Still recommended.

Dated hotel, simple single room with bathroom without shower tray (the shower curtain is behind the door, fixed in only one point to the wall, it opens like an umbrella with 5 spokes, it doesn't even allow 180 degree coverage, water dispenser fixed to the wall, old, full of limestone with a jet that disperses in all directions making it impossible to get wet and rinse). When taking a "shower", the bathroom floods completely. Very noisy air conditioning even at the lowest speed, making it impossible to sleep if on. Friendly staff. Simple, varied and well managed breakfast.

They find fault with every little detail and rip off money for everything

Приятный отель, доброжелательный персонал. У нас был небольшой чистый номер 109 на 2 этаже. В номере всего хватало, хотя не все было представлено, что заявлялось, например, не было зубных щеток и кондиционера для волос - это нам и не надо, это у нас было с собой, зато присутствовал почему-то 1 косметический набор на 2 человек :) с пилочкой для ногтей, ватными дисками; душевая кабина скромных размеров. Убирались каждый день, завтраки и ужины были вкусными и разнообразными, обслуживание на высоте, арбузы-вкуснейшие, сладкие и сочные. Портье Симоне просто красавчик, очень внимательный, улыбчивый. Пляж песчаный неподалеку, за 3дня заплатили 60 евро со скидкой (изначальная цена была 72) за аренду 2 лежаков и зонта. Море было теплое, почти спокойное, вход в море пологий. Grazie mille, ci vidiamo♡. Приедем еще.

We stayed at the hotel with almost 50 students for a class trip. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so lovely, accommodating and helpful at every turn. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially Lorella was a gem. The hotel is very clean, the beds comfortable and the food delicious. This was an experience worth repeating.

Not a 4 STAR hotel. Don’t be fooled. There are not a swimming pool. We didn’t get the sea view as promised. There were small shabby rooms and the AC was broke for 24 hours. The staff didn’t even apologise for that, didn’t inform us in any way. Breakfast didn’t have any variations for whole week. Butter, milk and youghurts were not served cold. The serving staff were quite nice. Can’t say that for the rest of the staff. Very sour faced all the time. Cleaning ladys were welcoming and did their job perfectly. There was a small parking space with no possibility to park by your self. You had to ask for the staff to park because it was full loaded.

I stayed at the hotel from 16-20 May for a business trip. The dates coincided with the weather disaster in the area and the hotel was flexible for both check-in and check-out. The location of the hotel is good, there are numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. The room was simple and small but adequate. The cleanliness was also adequate. The reception staff is very friendly. The first night I had no hot water in the shower and after calling the next afternoon it was fixed. They also booked a taxi to come and pick me up from the hotel on departure. The breakfast is varied and tasty. I would highlight the kindness of the waiter who prepares freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed juices, which are brought to the table. 100% recommendable.

Stay away from it!!!!!! Very small, outdated room, the bathroom is so small that it was barely usable. The shower controls are broken and rusty. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed the whole time. The air conditioning barely cooled the room down and the fan was so loud that it had to be turned off overnight. We were recommended half board because the food was supposed to be the house's speciality. We went to dinner full of anticipation. And then the next disappointment. The food was cold and inedible. The bottled wine we were promised was house wine bottled in a bottle. After the first night we decided to leave the hotel. But even that turned into a nightmare and became very difficult. We wanted to be refunded the amount we had paid in advance, minus the one night's stay. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the receptionist decided, after consulting with the hotel manager, to charge us a penalty fee for three more nights in addition to the one night's stay. Unbelievable, but true!

Camera nel sottotetto scomoda, con lucernari che non si aprivano, nel bagno l'intonaco cade, scarico doccia a pavimento, e acqua calda scarsa e non hanno neanche un appendiabiti a muro dove posare gli indumenti del giorno. Ho fatto mezza pensione colazione e cena, la colazione buona ma la cena con piatti scarsi e di poca qualità e gli ordini ogni tanto arrivano sbagliati. E dopo tutto questo mi hanno fatto pagare anche il parcheggio per la moto che dopo anni che giro in moto nessuno mai me lo ha fatto pagare neanche mettendola in garage, prezzo per parcheggiare la moto 15 euro al giorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in pensione completa io e mia moglie,impossibile non sottolineare la gentilezza,cortesia , professionalità e in particolare modo il cibo ottimo ed abbondante.Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno.

Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo Hotel (Io mia Moglie e 2 figli grandi) e devo dire che siamo stati veramente benissimo, a superato ogni aspettativa . Personale fantastico e disponibilissimo, una menzione particolare a Lorella e Simone della Reception persone squisite gentilissime e sempre sorridenti Camera un po' datata piccola ma confortevole e sopratutto le tre cose più importanti per me, funzionavano benissimo e cioè l'aria condizionata il frigobar e la doccia. pulizia ottima. Posizione ottima e a due passi dal mare. Veniamo al fiore all'occhiello della struttura, il ristorante Il Danubio! Eravamo in formula pensione completa. Non ho mai mangiato cosi bene in vacanza, cibo buonissimo, vario e di qualità altissima, contorni a buffet buonissimi e con tantissima scelta dolci buonissimi ogni pranzo e cena. Colazione ottima e abbondante, e anche qua va fatto un ringraziamento speciale a Mariano e a tutti i ragazzi. Grazie veramente di tutto. Quando tornerò a Rimini il mio Hotel sarà sicuramente L'hotel Vienna Ostenda.

Siamo stati in questo hotel ben due volte. Io, il mio compagno e mio figlio di due anni. La prima volta trattati benissimo, siamo stati accolti da una ragazza molto molto gentile il quale ci ha spiegato bene tutti i servizi offerti. La seconda volta siamo stati ieri sera perché abbiamo deciso di prolungare la vacanza di due giorni. Se la prima volta siamo stati trattati benissimo questa volta ancora di più. Accolti sempre dalla stessa ragazza e ci ha dato ragazzi non vi dico niente della camera vedrete voi vi ho mandato in un tugurio, eravamo spaventai ma... ...arriviamo in camera ed ecco la sorpresa.. era la SUITE. Si mangia davvero molto bene l'unico consiglio se volete cappuccino o caffè chiedetelo al banco.
