Super clean, convenient location in Scott’s Addition. Nice lobby and bar area— also enjoyed the outdoor patio for a bit. Great, friendly service. Perfect for a quick trip to Richmond!

We had a great experience at this hotel. First of all, I really appreciate Helen at the front desk solving a problem for me -- THANK YOU for the excellent, above-and-beyond service. The room was ready on time and clean. We had a good night's rest. Breakfast from the very busy Bistro was very good and tasty. Yes, there is a small parking charge, but the hotel makes that clear when you reserve your room, and parking is very easy and close. Thanks for a smooth stay.

This is one of my top 5 favorite stays. Definitely a gem in the cut, the rooms were so clean and comfortable and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The property is well maintained and the room was spotless. We enjoyed grabbing a drink by the bar down in the lobby and sitting outside by the fire pit. They had some nice bars nearby which we enjoyed. I would definitely re book there again. Everything is nearby, overall it was a highly pleasant stay. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff, your customer service was highly exceptional.

Great experience. Eric at the front desk was incredibly kind and courteous. We showed up at 3:30pm, and I let him know that I knew we were early and happy to wait. Instead of telling me to wait, he gave me another room option and a $20 discount (because it was technically a downgrade) Quickest check-in process. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. Parking was easy-peezy. My only complaint is how uncomfortable the bed was, hard with flat pillows. But given my experience overall, that doesn't knock off any stars.

This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with.
