We had a wonderful stay at Utopia luxury suites. Efi and Giannis are such friendly and welcoming hosts and made us feel right at home immediately. We had the room with private pool which was perfect! The room and court yard are beautiful. On arrival we were given a complimentary welcome drink and our fridge was topped up with water daily. Giannis arranged the buggy to take us to the taxi rank when leaving as cars cannot come into the castle walls, I would highly recommend this as the cobbled streets can be awkward with big suitcases😂 Old town itself is absolutely beautiful and the location of this hotel is perfect, we will definitely be back ☺️

We booked this accommodation after reading all of the amazing reviews and we were certainly not disappointed. Everything we read was true! We were warmly welcomed by Efi after a really easy transfer from the airport via taxi and buggy. The room was beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Everything you could need to make your stay perfect was provided. The breakfasts were freshly delivered every day by Reta and were very substantial. Efi and Giannis were the perfect hosts and were very kind to me and my husband when I was poorly during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend Utopia Luxury Suites to anyone who wants a perfect stay in the Old Town of Rhodes.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We have been completely spoilt. Collected from the airport and transported to the hotel in a buggy. Warm and friendly greeting, the resort is clean and has everything you need. Room was spacious, water, tea, coffee etc provided and the best breakfast every day. The room with the private pool really topped it off. Great location with everything within walking distance. Bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The hosts were fantastic

We only stayed for one night, fortunately, as we found cockroaches in the room at night, which made me not sleep all night... this made me feel like I was not in a clean place! Also, the outdoor area where the shower was located is not only personal, as it looks like a street that everyone passes through from outside... It also had stray animals and a strong smell of them in the yard! The worst thing of all is that at night someone knocked on our door! In general, I did not feel safe in the accommodation!

We’ve just returned from Utopia suites and it was FANTASTIC! The accommodation was first class, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were served to us in our rooms each day and were delicious. We stayed in the King suite and had a large room with outdoor terrace and hot tub. The location is perfect for exploring and in an upmarket area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will certainly be going back.

Just WOW!! Don't stay anywhere else if in Rhodes old town. We stayed for 3 nights -unbelievable apartment -ours had a private terrace and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. Excellent facilities and spotless, even nicer than in the pictures. Plus location couldn't be any better. Beautiful square with chilled out bars right on the doorstep but apartments are tucked away in a peaceful and quiet corner. Main tourist sites, restaurants, shopping streets etc literally a stone's throw. Most importantly, hosts and service were outstanding. Amazing breakfast delivered right to the door. Effie, Giannis and other staff couldn't have looked after us more and helped us with travel arrangements out of the medieval city. Felt like one of the family. Went way over and beyond, so kind, friendly and helpful. Would come back to Rhodes just to stay at Utopia again. Thank you!!!

From the moment we arrived Effie and Yiannis made us feel really welcome. They had sorted our taxi from the airport and the buggy to transport us from the entrance of the walled city to our accommodation. They also gave us all the information we needed to explore. The accommodation is amazing and is spotlessly clean. There is everything you need as well as little extras like water being restocked every day and toiletries. There is free WiFi and they even have a Netflix account that you can use should you wish. The location is great and really central within the walled city. The breakfast, what can o say except WOW it was fantastic. There was so much and it was severed each day at a time of your choice on your private terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Utopia Luxury Suites. We will definitely be back. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was wonderful we stayed in the Junior Pool Suite which was a tranquil oasis Accomodation was spotlessly clean and such a comfortable bed we slept so well. Effie,Giannis and Retta could not do enough for us they are the most kind,warm and friendly people I have ever met nothing was to much trouble always greeting you with a smile. Breakfast was the best ever such a wonderful choice all fresh and lovingly prepared and delivered with a smile every morning by Retta we are so well that we didn't need lunch most days and just ate out for dinner. Our room fridge was replenished every day with plenty of bottled water and fruit juice and there is a Nespresso coffee machine. We had such a wonderful time we have rebooked. Thank you Effie,Giannis and Retta for a truly memorable stay and we will see you again very soon.

Wonderful hosts with perfect communication- helping us with a transfer from the airport due to vehicle restrictions in the old town and on hand to answer any questions. Greeted on arrival, room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast on the patio each morning at a time to suit- so much food and delicious. Multiple special touches and gestures throughout our stay. Effie and Yiannis made our stay in Rhodes so relaxed and we will be sure to return.
