Lindian Village All Inclusive Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton

Good infrastructure but terrible service. This is more like 4-star hotel with 3-star service. The beach is well equipped. Breakfast is limited compared to real 5-star Hilton but you can live with that. Rooms are old but not too old. Infrastructure as it should be in 4-star hotel. But all about service is more like 3-star. Our room wasn't made up for two days even after I specifically called and reminded about it. They said 'we have too many guests now'. That I guess mean that we do not have time for you? When you ask to bring you another coffee on the breakfast - they just ignore. When you remind, they say that they have too many guests. I'm not arrogant and I can pour my own coffee. But there is no such option, you need to call a waiter. Which simply doesn't carry it. The same with vine on diner. You can wait half an hour to get your glass of vine. Room service - wait enternity. When you remind you get the same answer. The furniture on the balcony of the room stained a lot of our clothes when we sat on it. That's why we just didn't sit on the chairs on the balcony. When we asked to change the chairs we were ignored. If you don't care about service and just looking for a good beach - it is a good place to go.

We visited as a couple very late June, early July for a week long stay, and overall it was a mixed bag but it was more disappointing then good. Personally it fell short in many aspects and in my opinion It did not feel like it is a 5 Star hotel nor did it act like one. Maybe if we payed a bit less we’d let let it slide but the money we spend and what we expected. It wasn’t worth it. The staff were mixed but some were very nice and friendly, especially the larger man by the pool bar and the other bar tenders. The lady on the Yummy Truck was blunt at times but that may be down to lack of English or my lack of Greek I suppose. The overall aesthetic at a glance of the hotel was very pleasing but it felt very much like it was going for a “Instagram hotel”, but the hotel only looked good at the first glance, once you start looking deeper into things it just seemed dirty or not cleaned enough. An example was our shower head which was not cleaned properly, we made the staff aware of this straight away when we got there along with the minor damp smell we experienced nothing changed after the one first visit from the house keeper so clearly management failed to pass this information along. The buffet choice felt dire and service was inconsistent, in the evening they’d get you a drink and bring it to your table but in the morning they’d just hover in the corner apart from one morning they did offer, I am not opposed to getting my drinks and food myself but be consistent on the procedure. That may be a non issue but I thought I’d highlight some inconsistencies. The A La Carte wasn’t something to write home about as they wasn’t much difference from the buffet choice really, although the Asian style one where we had sushi was quite nice. I personally didn’t see the pool cleaned until they jet washed the sides on our last day after a few guests started complaining more vocally to there booking provider or staff. We often saw swarms of ants by the pool and bar, along within our room. We a had some uninvited guests by a multitude of inspects, the hotel did nothing to solve the issues especially the swarms of ants by the pool. I would like to mention when walking back from the beach one day the manager did ferry us to the ice cream parlour in his buggy and opened it early for us. It shows the staff do care, as most were very friendly. To sum it all up, it’s not worth the money we paid and I felt like the poor management came from above, potentially they’re holding out until next season. It felt very “Style over substance” where it had great beauty in some places but fell short on the “5 star resort” part.

Lindian Village Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a huge disappointment and a disgrace to the Hilton brand. It claims to be 5 stars, but it’s a tired 3-star property at best. The food was awful — cold, bland, and poorly cooked. The rooms were run down and dirty, with a rusty shower and broken handles. Housekeeping was terrible — bins left full, towels missing, and no attention to detail. The lobby looks nice, and the kids club was genuinely good, but that’s where the positives end. Overall, this place completely fails to meet Hilton standards. Avoid at all costs — not worth the money or the disappointment.

We had a lovely time staying at Lindian Village. The staff was fantastic and always so friendly and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and inviting. A particular highlight were the Crepes, Cocktails and tennis court which were amazing and a real highlight of the trip. The food was lovely however it was difficult as a vegetarian and it would be great if there could be some more options available or that the menu could be rotated each night with a different vegetarian option. All in all we had an amazing time!

Well, what an incredible place to stay! The rooms are amazing, the food was outstanding, particularly at the Italian Restaurant with the super accommodating and friendly Anastasia! The reception staff were super friendly, and fun, particularly Elpida and Adreina - nothing was too much and they’re absolutely Great!! A true asset to their team :)absolute superstars I will be back !!

I really don’t understand how this place is getting more than 3 stars from anyone. If it was a 3-star resort, I wouldn’t be complaining—but it’s advertised as 5-star, and it’s nowhere near that standard. The mini bar, which is supposed to be stocked daily, was only filled once during the entire week. The air conditioning doesn’t go lower than 23°C—basically the same as having the heating on at home. We also had no hot water for the first 4.5 days, which is completely unacceptable. The food was genuinely shocking. Extremely minimal, poor quality, and often cold. Take a look at the images I’ve attached of the so-called à la carte salad and the cheese selection at dinner—it says it all. The grounds are dry, dusty, and clearly neglected—definitely not the lush resort setting that’s advertised. Don’t be fooled by the marketing photos of the rooms and lobby. Yes, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are just old spaces with a quick cosmetic update. There are loads of botched handyman jobs and poor finishes once you actually look closer. The cleaner only made the bed and emptied the bin-never moved old towels or cleaned in any way. The pool was filthy and totally unusable during our stay. The only thing I can genuinely praise is the bed—it was comfortable, which at least made sleeping bearable.
