Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

Just returned from 9th visit and we are unhappy with changes this time in quality in food particularly in snack bars, also the taste of cocktails which are premixed. Also no branded available even for purchase particularly no Metaxa which we totally expect being on a Greek island! We were told new managers were trying to cut expenditure which we understand however it should not be on quality. In our opinion the hotel now would only deserve 3 star. Gutted!

We had a lovely relaxing 5 day stay at The Lindos Imperial. Our room was spacious and the weather was perfect. Although a little remote, we enjoyed days out in Lindos and Rhodes town. A special thanks goes to Andreas at Reception who ensured our needs were catered for and always went the extra mile for us.

This is really not 5 star hotel. Problems with the room and staff can’t fix those. We make reservation in booking and when we arrived, we have to pay more. They say in the reception that some taxes has changed. Price includes ine ala carte eating one of the restaurants. But their movile app is not working and you can’t make reservation in there as they say. Food and cleaning was ok. But ok is not enough if you are selling five star experience. We are not coming back again. Not worth of money they are asking for. All inclusive wines are not good and if you want to buy better you have to buy whole bottle and prices start from 27€/bottle

We arrived at night. The staff were amazing so helpful and we were shown where to go for our room. The total is beautiful so clean and definitely 5*. The reception staff so helpful and nothing too much trouble. The reservation staff also so helpful. The room was so clean and very spacious.. We had our own private pool which was definitely paying the extra for. The food was amazing. So much choice and was delicious. We went all inclusive definitely worth the money. Great drinks and cocktails were amazing. The choice of restaurants were so many. I definitely would recommend the stark in your choices. All the bar staf waiters waitresses were lovely. The grounds its self in the hotel were beautiful the beach was close just a few minutes walk from our room. You can walk or the buggy can take you around. The pols were amazing we went mostly to the main pool and the pool with the activity pool which had so much going on. Games fitness and the water slides. Great for kids and adults. All the snack bars served great food if you didn’t want lunch in the main restaurant. Great ship onsite sells everything not expensive either. The entertainment at night was not bad but if you wanted a night out the bus stops right outside the front door of the hotel on either side. Only 3 euros to pefkis which has great restaurants and bars. Lindos great to visit to. We went to symi island on a day trip which was amazing. The private beach for the hotel has plenty of sunbeds and not too crowded. Was rocky in the water. Definitely book here as you will be amazed and not disappointed one bit. We loved it thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday amazing

First of all the hotel advertises as a 5*. I’d say more like a 4* but nether the less it was nice. Arrived at 2am and only 2 people on reception it was a lengthly check in process. Now be aware when you check in there in a RESORT TAX in Greece at around €15 per night per room! The hotel was really nice we was allocated a room in the 5107 area. Aircon worked a treat and the room was spotless. There is a fridge in the room too, the hotel also supply 6L of bottled water when you check in when this is gone you can but more from the shop for €5. The breakfast, Lunch and dinner was all great good food and it was always hot If you want to avoid waiting at meal times get there early. If you wanna eat at one of the specialist places book early. If you can’t see a reservation on the app so see customer services in reception he’s there 11am - 2pm. All the staff worked hard and the hotel was clean. Not forgetting it’s nearly the end of the season so it will gain a few battle scars along the way. Outside the hotel there is a bus stop. Easy to get to Pefkos, Lindos & Rhodes the bus to Rhodes takes 1hr 45m but well worth a visit for the day. THE BUS IS A CHEAPER WAY TO TRAVEL. All in all it was a great 2 weeks! Do T ready the horror stories and be out off! You can’t please everybody!
